Went to Bliss on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, in the early afternoon. There were 5 or 6 black guys roaming the parking area along with 2 or 3 black cookers. They were all obviously druggies. While I was not accosted, it was not a comfortable or inviting experience. Inside I paid my $11 for the big theater room. It has a dance pole in the middle and a few big screen TV around on three walls. The fourth wall has sofas and curtains that can be drawn for some level of privacy. The room was completely empty. Over the hour that I was there a few guys came in, looked around, and left. One black hooker came in, sat on one of the sofas, and played with her cell phone. She was there for about 20 minutes. After she propositjoned me and I declined, she got up and left. All-in-all, not a good experience. While I was not accosted, I was propositioned by a hooker. Yes, it only cost $11, but that money would have been better spent on a porn video rental to play on my TV at home! read more

After my visit, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The atmosphere felt very uncomfortable; the private viewing room assigned to me looked dreadful, the cinema room looked ominous, and sketchy men stood in the arcade area waiting for someone to enter the rooms. The first thing I checked out was the arcade. To my surprise, the arcade room was free. There was no deposit. You only have to insert money into the machine and enjoy the "experience." Little did I know there were discreet men all standing by a room, patiently waiting for someone to enter; this made the environment intensely uncomfortable, so I quickly exited that area. I advise you to avoid this area as well when you are here. Next was the cinema room, which costs extra to enter. The cinema room shows one scene on multiple screens, two small and one projected on the wall, with seats so anyone can watch. The room was dim, with only a few patrons watching the film. I stayed there for a bit to observe the ambiance before moving on. Next on the list are the viewing rooms with which I had an issue. Upon entering the viewing room, it appeared like a storage room. The poor lighting, dirty floor, and cluttered appearance made it difficult to enjoy the space. The sofa was filthy and torn, so I didn't bother sitting down. Admission I not too much $11 - $15. Theater is a large room with a big screen at one end and several TV on one wall, all showing the same porn movie. One wall has semi-private spaces with curtains, if ope. You can watch the TVs on the opposite wall while you play. About 6 vinyl sofas at the big screen and 4 or 5 in a group arrangement at the other end. Better lighting than any other porn theater that I've seen! There's a dance floor and pole in the center, so maybe they have events / shows, but nothing on the Friday evening when I was there (about 8 PM). It was slow, one guy at one end and one guy at the other end. I selected one of the semi-private spots where I could watch the TV and stroke. A Trans came in and looked around, the a few minutes later, another Trans came in and looked around. Neither of them stayed. It is the cleanest and best maintained of any adult theater or arcade that I've ever seen. I have to believe that on a busy day or evening this would be a happening place! read more

There was what looked to be a homeless man asleep in the theatre. Sketchy looking men and all just standing around the back rooms against the walls waiting on someone to go in. Smelled awful. A group of about 6 people who all seemed to be homeless or strung out were sitting right in front of the front door drinking 40s and smoking. Parking lot is full of men who just sit in their vehicles and wait for a woman to go in. DO NOT GO! We have never felt more uncomfortable and more unsafe as a couple than we did for the 35 minutes we were there. Ignorance is bliss. If you spend money with this establishment I command you to cease at once. This place treats their customers like trash. Please look at all the things I had to endure the weekend of 6/27/2021. I called Bliss before I left Addison to inquire what there theater hours for everyone,couple and single. I was told 5:30 and I arrived at Bliss at this time. I approach the cashier,unsure of the cost so I gave hime $20 and expected change and I was not offered any. I made my way to the theater and got settled and began to engage with others people present, when suddenly a man yells across the room tell a few guys that"they better not be looking at him jacking off". This gentleman leaves and I'm assuming to express his concern with a husky light skinned bald man who I thought was the manager(Jason)but He only provides security. Once Jason and the man talk, he make the announcement that couples night is not over and all single me needed to leave. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My wife and I went to the theater on a couples night. She was, of course, very nervous. But, first off, we didn't realize the party doesn't really get started until closer to midnight so there we were there alone most of the time. This was really good since she was able to relax. It was very clean and you had choice of sitting in theater part or going to one of the lounge areas. Some other folks finally did show up so we went ahead and "did something" with each other while someone watched--fun! We plan to go again some time when there's a little more interaction. read more

First off, EVERY SINGLE employee here is exceedingly rude. I mean rude to the point that I think it's a sport for them. Second, they allow packs of women to roam the arcade for no other apparent reason than to alienate their actual bread and butter crowd that would prefer there not be women present at all. Now, I get that they need to allow women in the arcade every once in a while. But why can't those times be limited to the Friday and Saturday nights when it's couples only night in the main room? And there is certainly no reason why they should allow these hordes of women to roam the hallway, doing nothing but screaming and yelling, driving off their actual paying customers. The DJ was horrible... We came out for a business trip from Southern California and the DJ was very rude. We were looking for a good time with good drinks we requested a song and he denied my request and was acting like an asshole.. for no apparent reason. I had to find the Manager and let him know that his DJ was very rude. He talked to the DJ but even so the DJ did not change his rude attitude. This is Texas, we speak Spanish almost as good as you. So you had better take a look at how your staff handles discretion. All of your hall monitors do it... And half of the desk staff. My girlfriend and I were at the club Saturday the 10th and I must say we had a very exciting time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We met some great people there. I would have given five stars but there was one patron that didn't understand the concept of "no". He kept putting his hands especially where they didn't belong. The curtains that are supposed to be for privacy but did not seem to matter if you closed them or not they just kept coming in. That really put a damper on the fun.
