I asked about the hinge first and the associate was not having it, and said to go on google and find it they don't order hinges for other cabinets. I asked if she knew of a company that could help as I've already been through Home Depot and Lowe's and she informed me that they can't help. They don't order hinges for items purchased online. A custom cabinet company can't help me order a hinge ... So you guessed it: Not going to order my coffee bar cabinet from these people. If I wanted to be treated poorly from a sales associate/company I'll just go to Home Depot and pay less. Why buy small and local? I do not recommend this business, bad first impression for sure.

They sent out a guy to look at them and he was so rude and acted like I was wasting his time. He came back with over $400 bill if we want it fixed?! Its chipping and peeling in places that are not even touched by anyone or anything. We were given the owner Jeff Daso's number and left multiple messages with no response. Terrible customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND!

AJ came out and listened to what we wanted, he took plenty of pictures and made notes. A few days later he got back to us with his quote. I tell ya, he was only $250.00 off of the other quotes we received. So, we were impressed with his pricing ability to be so close to our other quotes. Luckily for us, we went on vacation the day AJ & his team started the project. AJ kept us updated on how it was going throughout the project. We always knew what was going on and where we stood on scheduling. With our Century Home, the bathroom water lines & drains were corroded and clogged, the floor under the toilet was rotted, the bathtub walls, drains and mold was a major headache. Jackson remodeling fixed all of that. Now, I have NO issues with drinking tap water from the bathroom sink and the mold is gone due to the ceiling fan installation. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We can't wait to have AJ and his team to come back and remodel our kitchen. I highly recommend these guys. UPDATE: The new shower head sprung a leak. AJ came out the very next day, figured out the problem, ordered the defective part and got it fixed ASAP. Luckily, it was a manufacturer defect and was under warranty. Walked into their "showroom". There were at least 5 employees and no other customers. No one…read moregreeted us or asked if we needed help. Never been to a business that was more unwelcoming. If they are this unprofessional with walk-ins, can't imagine what their customer service would be like once you are under contract. On an up note, glad we didn't waste anymore time with them, as their products on display were of mediocre quality and workmanship. Now, we understand the multiple negative review posts. Will find another merchant to handle our big project.

One of the worst experiences I have ever gone through…read more Our sales presentation was misleading. We did not receive what we thought we were given. Our project was delayed almost 3 months because of the poor quality of cabinets. They delivered us damaged cabinets that took 3 weeks to be remade and shipped back. We waited and waited, only to discover that our replacent cabinets were broken once again. Another 3 weeks delaying our project. Owner Tom ignored us during this process. Sent him email after email of the pictures of our broken cabinets. No reaponse until he realized that this would continue to manifest above the circus they already pit us through. We wanted a refund for the additional out of pocket expenses they caused us. Tom would not respond until I had to go to the post office and send a certified letter and file a complaint with the BBB. Worst attention to detail I have ever seen. One of the deliveries actually occured when I wasnt even home. And Tom simply apologize that he forgot to check his email. Could go on and on. Please dont make the mistake we made. Go to a place that understands how to treat a customer.
