I would highly recommend Bliss Eyelashes for your eyelash extensions services. The shop is very clean I've had Kelly and one other technician and both were very polite and nice. Prices are very reasonable. I go every 3 weeks and do not have a problem with them falling out. It's my favorite appointment to go to for my lash nap.

2/1/26 was my 1st visit to bliss and Linda did not disappoint. I went in and walked out with a beautiful 6D wispy doll eye set. It's been a long time since I was truly happy with my lashes but I think I've found my new home! Thank you Linda for doing such an amazing job.

Went in and got a set the lady took an hour on my left eye and 30 mins on my right eye i told her I needed more on my right eye and she went back and added more to my left and then a little to my right I had one eye full and one eye not and I ended up having to get them removed due to my left eye swelling up and being red and irritated will never go here again I've never had any problems with lash extensions until going here read more

I have been coming to a bliss lashes for a few months now and have been with Fairy each time, she does such an amazing job. My lashes have so much retention. Realistically they could probably last a whole month but I still like to come in every 2-3 weeks just to to keep up with them. I thought it was a really nice gesture and most places wouldn't care to correct your lashes after a new set. I thought this was really good customer service skills given the locale! Love that they take walk ins anytime! Fast, helpful, and nice. The only reason they got 4 stars was because an employee had just smoked a cigarette, took me as a client, and all I could smell was a cloud of cigarette smoke. Luckily, I only got a removal so it was quick. Just wanted to say this part to hopefully let the employees take this as constructive criticism! wash your hands extra and put a piece of gum in. read more

Even attaching my confirmation texts (one of which I received the day before) but didn't receive an answer. My appointment time came and I decided to wait until 5 minutes past it. Right before I was about to leave a young woman came to the door and appeared nervous. I informed her of the situation and showed her my confirmation by text. She called the person who was suppose to run my session but she was on the road doing a different appointment elsewhere. I said it wasn't a problem if I came back. But she insisted she could do it herself. It was still good but it was hard to enjoy it because I felt guilty this lady had to stay way past when she was supposed to leave. While close, I also didn't get the full 90 minutes. The lady also informed me as I was leaving that the place closed at 7pm and advised me to make my appointments earlier. But I clearly wanted to. This was the time I was given out of more availability I originally provided. Overall a decent experience but also very strange and I think it could've easily been avoided by just calling me in advance and let me know the original worker couldn't make the appointment anymore.

I called this person today, JULY 30th . The person that answered was rude and unprofessional. I had…read moreto ask her multiple times if she did at home nail care. I asked her if she could do a polish change, she replied "no I don't do that... polish changes are not worth my time and not worth my money so I'm not gonna do it" this person could've at least said no I'm sorry unfortunately that is not something that I do but she just straight up said no and not in a nice way. If a person is contacting you for help, you should be professional all times.

3rd time trying to write this review but for some reason it keeps getting taken down. Long story short. Fairy did my lashes, they came out ugly this time. Her hands smelled like cigarettes and were really dirty. I called to complain and the owner confirmed he had a convo with her and she said yes, she smoked and she was sorry. Was given $50 back out of $125 because he didn't want me to write a review about the situation. Overall I won't be coming back here again. It's common sense to not smoke and touch someone's face without washing your hands. It's disgusting!!! Wish I could've gotten a full refund without having to waist more time going back on top of being charged more to getting them removed. If this does post I don't doubt the owner replying to this and argue back to prove a valid point on his end when over all...you just don't smoke and touch someone's eyes. Period. Take accountability!! read more
