We chose Bliss for a sorely needed detailing of our 2019 Santa Fe, based on the very strong Yelp reviews. The car had been transported on an open carrier from Chicago, and it definitely needed more than a simple wash. We have digs and they frequently ride in the truck to go out. The side had a lot of pet hair and was dirty overall. After the detailing, the inside of the truck looks brand new all pet hair dirt was removed. The outside of the truck was glossy again. Armand is great. I've had detailing done by several places when I've lived elsewhere, and most are good, but Armand is so positive and helpful he's a cut above the rest. He's extremely knowledgeable and quite willing to share that advice with you. If I spent hours and hours and hours doing it myself it still would never look this clean. He shows up timely and finishes timely - and it's so convenient to have the work done in your own driveway. I had ceramic coatings done on both my cars and the mirror shine is for real. Like new!!!! I got the Standard package (and booking via the website makes things super easy and organized) with the additional headlights restoration. My car looks like new and the lights are incredible! I feel much more safer and comfortable driving at night now. My car is 13 years old, fyi. I haven't gotten a detailing in over 4 years so I was way overdue for one. The detailing package I got, he put plastic wrap over the carpet so things can stay nicer for longer! He brings his own equipment, power, and water. Definitely a hard worker and friendly, too. I even had paint from a red pole that he was able to get off (that I personally thought was going to be there forever LOL) and some packaging tape that's been on stuck on my car for months (or years...) I do recommend! Has a card reader so you can pay with credit card as soon as he's done. He responds quickly and is professional. Edit: I got BLISS to come back to do a seat shampooing. Way overdue since I have a dog and haven't shampooed my seats in 4 years. Was definitely worth the price and very necessary! What an amazing job they did on y wife's XC90. We had just returned from a long trip and my daughter decided to get car sick 90 miles from home. Got the deluxe interior service to mostly deal with that difficult off-gas filmy haze that coats the inside of the windows and becomes blinding when the sun hits. I can never really do a good job on my own and it is certainly a time consuming process. Armand did a great job on the windows and interior at is like a new car inside again. I used the Yelp messaging service to inquire directly whether they could wash and wax a 30 foot long recreational vehicle. Our new RV has total body paint rather than fiberglass. Armand responded very promptly, and told me he would do a wash and a hand wax and it would cost approximately $350 to $450. I asked whether they had their own de-ionized water because we live in the country and have a well which has a lot of mineral in it and quickly creates water spots. He indicated that he had all his own water. Because he was so responsive, and seemed to know exactly what he was going to do, telling me that he does Ferraris, Porsches, and exotic cars, I agreed, and he came out to the property and started the work. He uses a pressure washer with a container of product (soap, finisher, etc) that mixes into the sprayed water. However, upon completion, I came out to see that the entire front cap of the RV was filled with a collection of insects that had not even been washed off. When I asked him about it, he said, oh that's acid etching marks from the bugs on the gelcoat, and that won't come off. I took my own microfiber towel and quickly and simply wiped one of the insects off. As I continued doing this, I questioned why he couldn't wash off the insects. He brought out his washing brush, and did another pass, this time, taking some of the insects off. At the same time, on the rest of the vehicle, I pointed out that there were water spots everywhere. I asked him if he had dried off the vehicle after he had finished washing it. He said no, but that he applied a spray coat of some product and the water would just sheet off. It didn't. There were water spots and streaks everywhere. And the "clay bar and hand wax" that I was quoted to be included and actually appeared on my invoice for $150 additional? I'm guessing that was the product that was in the bottle attached to his pressure washer that he sprayed onto the RV. Armand is a pleasant enough guy, but for a "detail shop" he didn't get the details right. I'm stuck re-doing the entire job myself. read more
