Zach is the guy to call if your car needs interior or exterior detailing! I had an unfortunate DD incident in the back of my truck over the weekend from one of the individuals I was driving, and there was quite a mess and odor that was on the seat and even got into the panels of the door and crevice of the back window. Zach responded right away to my request with a very custom message about how he could help and resolve the situation and was at my house at 8a on Monday to fix the issue. It only took him about 2 hours to completely detail, clean the interior, remove and clean the door panels and inside the door, and make my truck smell fresh again! I had my BMW 325 worked on this past week and let me tell you it was amazing. Logan the owner of the company knows exactly what to do with the cars and what every car needs to polish and wax. The outside of my car had lots of swirls and messed up paint he was able to fix it in a matter of hours. I got the works done including the ceramic coating for my Tesla Roadster. It seems expensive but it is well worth protecting an expensive car from UV damage and the years of cheap waxes and cleaners that have turned the car dull. Premier Auto did a fabulous job on cleaning the car inside and out. The car looks brand new or better. My car is a beautiful midnight blue but it shows everything as most dark colors do. I don't see any of the paint swirls or blemishes that it had whatever they did worked to get those out and make it shine. they also made the entire carbon fiber shine. read more

First saw Premier Auto Detail on Instagram stories, I started following because I can see they have a major attention to detail. I have a 7 year old black German car, detailed a every few years with about 10 pounds of sand, I got the Complete Detail, worth every penny, the inside of the car looks like new again, even in the cracks and in the seat rails, inside windows are clean and not foggy any more, wheels look glossy and rims and tail pipe shine!!! There are a lot of mobile detailers, but I will only use Premier Auto Detail, great customer service, listens to what you want and makes good on every promise, is honest what he can and can't do and makes great recommendations on how to keep your car clean and a maintenance schedule. These guys did an amazing job on our 2007 Dodge Nitro! It has been 'well-loved' by our grandkids and just years of hauling chickens around (yes, chickens), countless trips up and down the summit and a particularly bad fishing expedition to Fort Bragg. I never thought the stains in the backseat would come out, from all the formula, juice, candy, chicken nuggets, crackers...anything to keep the kids happy...but amazingly, they did! These gentlemen worked around my weird schedule and did an amazing job, making our 11 year old SUV look nearly new. No details were missed, they even got the slide out area in the back. This was my first time getting it waxed polished and other things all at once there prices were pretty decent. They are very young but they like what they do and it shows. Premier took care of two of our cars that had water spot damage. Colby was professional, punctual and a straight shooter. The one car had older hard to remove water spots so they had to cut and polish it to get the spots to come clean. Took a chance on having my 2006 Lincoln Towncar washed, clay barred, and waxed back to my standard of car care. Having been laid up and immobile after a car accident 19 months ago and still recovering, this car had not been cleaned once in that entire 19 month period. I do not recommend this place. They don't have attention to detail. I got my car detailed to sell. I chose the Premier Package. When we got it back we looked it over at the shop-they missed a big stain on the side of the driver's seat, we pointed it out they fixed it right away. Got home, realized they didn't clean out any of the compatments in the back (my car has compartments in the trunk to store tools), they didn't clean the glove box, and they didn't clean the top compartment of the center console. I had completely emptied these compartments so that they would be cleaned. If you want to pay premium price for a basic clean-go here. If you want your car detailed go somewhere else. I chose this place based on the Yelp reviews. Don't give this place your money. Go somewhere else. read more

These guys did such a great job! My Jeep Cherokee had been in an accident and from that had several small stains on the seat cushions, as well a couple coffee stains from myself over the year. I honestly didn't know what to expect and am so happy with the results. You cant see the stains anymore at all (and I have cream cloth seats)!! I was getting ready to sell my Jeep, and my car was full of dog hair from my German Shepherd, who sheds every time he breathes. I purchased the seller's package from Colby, and he took tons of time to thoroughly clean the interior of my car. He steam cleaned the carpets, and you couldn't tell I ever had a dog in the car; it looked great. He also made the outside look almost new, to the point where somebody I didn't know commented the next day how my 7 year old car looked like it was in original condition. Zach and Logan worked on my gloss black Acura TL today, and as we all know... gloss black can be difficult and requires care and experience to handle correctly. They were able to cut/polish/correct some significant graying/dulling of the clear-coat on the hood, and they washed, clay-barred, and carnuba-waxed the entire car.
