I had my husband's truck detailed for his birthday, and my husband was ecstatic with the results. And let me tell you, this truck was DIRTY. It has been through multiple cross country road trips with two children. Daryl was able to get the vomit smell and stain out as well! A CSI team would be hard pressed to find any evidence that anyone ate or vomited in this truck. Also, astonishingly, we could not find one single piece of fur from our golden lab in the vehicle, which is borderline witchcraft. Anyone with a dog understands how difficult this is. The windows and windshield were crystal clear, he put a ceramic protectant on the exterior, hand washed the exterior with a microfiber cloth, got the hard water stains off, and shined every possible surface. My security cameras caught how diligent and meticulous he cleaned this truck. I dare say the truck looks cleaner than when we purchased it. I cannot be happier! Our new SUV needed some love and Daryl was THE MAN to call! He had outstanding communication before, during, and after our service. He arrived on time with his giant tactical support vehicle and got directly to work with his assistant. He made the car shine from top to bottom, inside and out! He gave us the "winterizing" service which preps your vehicle for the rough winter months... my car was shiny and smooth and looked amazing!! He brought us out when he was done and showed us everything he had done for the car - I was super impressed with his thorough work! Ok I will say this - it cost a pretty penny! Like *gulp* was not fully prepared for the final bill. He discounted several things and I do NOT feel taken advantage of, it was just pretty expensive. (To be fair it's a biggo SUV and it took them HOURS!) I do truly feel it is ready for winter and I absolutely got a great service done. Fast forward 12 hours... I drive my amazing shiny beast to work and parked under a nice shady tree. I came out to said tree having dripped SAP ALL OVER MY CAR! Omg I almost cried! My truck was stuck at dealer for many months and wanted to detail and protect the black truck paint. Spoke w Daryl and we went over all my concerns, and he shared all his expertise and specific information related to my request which not any other detailed did. Being threatened over a car wash was over the top! I felt like once you saw where I lived and the cars I drove you were in the mode of capitalizing. Quoted $225 on the phone and followed up with text confirmation then increased it to $700 when you were done. Tried charging $150 to put a cheap plastic conditioner on a wheel cover. Then threatened me if I didn't pay it? WTF? Who runs a business like that? Then you tried to threaten me into giving you a 5 star review?? I had to lie to you and agree just to get you to leave. Then, you followed up by text later telling me to do the right thing and give you a 5 star review. That's why no one should take even your best review seriously. There were several other negative reviews a year ago that you've obviously found a way to get removed. I have nothing to gain here other than to save others from your devious ways.
