Worst detailing I've ever experienced! I paid $200 and then I had to vacuum under the front seat, hand wipe the headliner, clean the driver's window, clean the cup holder. They didn't lift the park brake to clean or move the seat forward to clean the side and back of center console. The list goes on. These photos are a few hours AFTER I got the car back from them. I was shopping around for a detail shop and ran across this one which was walking distance to my house. They provided me a quote through yelp and were able to schedule an apt for a few wks out. It was a flat $180 for the detail which was a bargain compared to other quotes that were nearly 500. I dropped my car off in the morning around 8 and it was ready by 3. They did an excellent job! BEST car detail in the Roseville area. My boyfriend and I have been taking our cars here every year for the past 5 years. Although we live in Rocklin, we both make the drive here. I have yet to be disappointed with my exterior wax. Steve the owner and all of his staff are always friendly and accommodating when making appointments. Had my car clean last week. AutoNation Honda from Roseville recommend it this place for me.. Randy told me they do very good job, they even send their cars over their if they are busy.. I was very disappointed they way they cleaned my car.. When I was there to pick up my car I found so many stain from the spray they used. After showing them one of the guy got spray, towel and vacuum and start cleaning.. I was shocked because at home I can do the same thing even better .. that's why I brought my car there to get a good cleaning!! I got my car detailed inside and out a week before Christmas. My 3 year old could have done a better job. I cant believe the owner let me go with the car that shotty work. Rims still had dirt, water spots on windshield, door panels weren't even wiped down, visor still had fingerprints on it. I have a vast history it automotive repair, auto performances even Pull Tractors and I would never ever go to a different detail shop if I'm anywhere close to these guys. When I say way back I'm talking like 20 years I might be off a little but for all the times that I've been there sometimes twice a year these guys know what they're doing and if they did happen to miss something just let them know they will make it right. They go above and beyond the Call of Duty they're amazing just give me a chance you will not be sorry!
