After trying a couple nail salons in Lincoln, one of which gave me dyshidrotic eczema, a friend brought me to Bliss, and I never looked back. Every person that has done my nails there has done them well. I never have to request someone specific and worry if they're not there that day, I knew I would get a high quality manicure regardless of who did it. They are all friendly and happy. The place is clean and they practice good hygiene. I recently moved to Omaha but I would make the trip back to Lincoln just to be serviced at Bliss. My wife went to get a Fourth of July nail pattern and the nail tech messed up on the pattern. He apologized but the manager was rude and blamed my wife for wasting their time. This is not the way to treat your customers. I would not recommend this nail business to anyone with customer service common sense. If you treat your customers with dignity and respect them you will gain a new customer and more will come just by the recommendation of a well treated customer. I just hope this gets read by the business management and they deal with this problem before too many other customers have to leave a negative review and lose many customers. read more

I have went here for several years and have mainly seen one artist but he is now back in Vietnam. Got my nails done there today and had a basic design that I wanted and I have requested harder nail designs and Bliss has done a wonderful job doing them until now. After leaving the salon I realized that the nail tech did a very poor job on the length, shape, design and cut me several times with a nail file. I called later to schedule for them to redo them but when I came in for them to fix my nails the lady was rude because she had to fix them for free, wasn't going to completely start over and just "fix the shape of them" and cut me AGAIN with a nail file because she was shaping them with the same aggression she was giving me through our conversation. I've gone to bliss for a long time now and i've never had a problem with them, they have always been able to do basic designs without a problem. recently i went in to get colored french tip, i have never complained about my nails before or corrected a nail artist but i had to ask him to fix things at least 10 times and it all had to do with the acrylic he was using and the shape of the nails. i walked away from that appointment with thumbs so short they gave me a hangnail, while my pointer ring and middle finger were all noticeable different lengths. i called in 2 days later and asked if they could fix them since i was charged $70, and they agreed. when i walked in i sat down and he refused to redo my nails. he said he could fix them without taking them off, which simply wasn't possible bc of the different lengths. any time i have disliked my nails it has been my own doing, i picked the wrong color or design ect. but this had to do with the lack of skill coming from this shop. i have been a loyal customer but apparently that doesn't matter read more

if there could be 0/5 stars, i would give that rating. the place is nice but the service is awful. the man who did my nails was tugging on my hands the whole time. he handed me the color book for dip and asked me what color i wanted several times immediately after i started looking in an attempt to rush me. the quality of the nails was very disappointing. i got a cut on 3 different fingers and burned one nail while filing. nails only lasted me a week and a half. never going back and do not recommend. read more

Went there on a whim a few weeks ago and will never go anywhere else in Lincoln! This is legitimately the best nail salon I've ever gone to. Everyone is super nice, the services are really reasonably priced, and the quality is on another level. Kathlyn does an amazing dip manicure and Kelly gives a great pedicure but I've seen the work of other technicians and you can't go wrong with anyone there! I loved my visit to Bliss Nails! This rating is based on my first time there, but I will now be making it my go-to nail salon. I had a great experience for a number of reasons. I called on a Saturday and asked if they had openings for that afternoon and they said yes at 3:30. I arrived at 3:30 and was promptly welcomed, asked to pick a color, and invites back to the pedicure chairs. I have been to other salons where even after calling to make an appointment, I still didn't get in until 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time- that is not the case at Bliss! Most importantly, Bliss was so incredibly clean. Cleanliness and attention to COVID precautions is very important to me. I felt very safe in the salon, and it is lovely to look at too. The quality of work was wonderful. I had both a pedicure and acrylic fill and they look amazing! Perhaps the best acrylic nails I've ever had. Both staff members that worked on my hands and feet were lovely conversationalists and incredibly friendly. It is true that their prices are a bit higher than other spots in town, but knowing that I'm paying for great quality and a clean, safe experience makes that slight cost more than worth it. I will definitely be making Bliss my new salon for all my fills and nail needs and will recommend them to others. P.S. Yes, this exact review is also on Google reviews. I really liked them the first time I came. About a week later two of my nails broke. I know I shouldn't complain about something I got done for free BUT. The two he fixed were noticeably thicker than the ones I had done. Instead of letting me pick a new color cause who remember the color from before he said it'll fade.
