Pro tip: they have a website that has those automated reservations. That no longer works. We were sitting and waiting when three ladies walked in and they had made their reservations with that. Well, that no longer works and they haven't been working for two years. So please don't make your reservations with that. That said, they have a lot of parking lots available outside the nail spa. They have a variety of nail colours, and the styles available. They have two rows set up with massage chairs for pedicures and one side for manicures. They were super gentle. We showed up and were seated quickly and offered drinks. I opted for a Coke Zero. We were given warm neck pillows. That was lovely, but I did get hot quickly. The deluxe pedicure came with a hot stone massage. I cannot remember the girl's name who did my pedicure but it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I had gel polish on and they cut my toe pretty bad because she ground all the nail polish off instead of soaking it. Then she couldn't understand what I was saying and I kept asking her to cut the corners of my toe nails because they were too sharp and I had to do it myself when I got home. Someone else ended up painting my toe nails. It was odd. My nails were a much better experience. It was with a different girl, also cannot remember her name. I don't think they told us actually. Anyway, I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She soaked my previous dip off and she was able to quickly and accurately do my dip exactly how I wanted them! They turned out beautifully. Since it was Christmas Eve they were giving customers free lotion or cuticle oil, which was a nice touch. I would go back, but I would definitely want to make sure the person who did my pedicure did not do it again.

I wanted decently short, almond shaped nails and I had asked for a sort of "aura" ombré look. I had to constantly remind the stylist what I wanted and she didn't put any nude polish under the colored powder so it was completely see through. The nails were bumpy around the edges, not at all the shape and length I asked for, and she completely overcharged me. I'm pretty disappointed because I typically rave to my friends about their service and overall quality of work. I will be going to another salon to fix these asap.

Pedicures never feel rushed and they take the time to ensure the services received are quality or if mistakes are made they make sure to correct them. I usually get the herbal pedicure where you pick a scent and includes the hot stone massage. Prices are pretty reasonable and on-par with other places in town ($45-$50).
