    M. Vince does a beautiful job. Friendliest people and very careful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful salon and wonderful people. The manicure and pedicure technicians were great. They take excellent care, high quality products, beautiful salon and really lovely people. I recommend you try if you are looking for a new place to go! I am from out of town and went to 2 other salons which were so sketchy. This one is beautiful. About a year old in a newer shopping center called South Pointe Pavilion. (lulu lemon, Chico's, White House Black Market, Barnes and Noble etc. ) I had a regular mani pedi and my daughter had gel fills and pedi. They did a beautiful job. It's large so you can go with a big group of friends or a wedding party. Highly recommend.

Officially my last visit. I've been going to M Vince for years and love the location and the elevated interior space. It's always been hit or miss with the skill level of the nail tech, but every time I'd get a bad job, the next time would have a great tech..and on and on for years. But lately, especially after my favorite techs are gone, I know I will not ever go back again. I used to get regular gel or dip (mixed results...) and then started to do builder/structure gel. This type of gel requires knowledge and special technique, but is common enough that there's no reason all the techs should not be able to execute it well. The last two visits have been bad and they really just don't know what they're doing technique-wise. Yesterday she drilled down to the natural nail, which isn't required with builder gel and is the point of builder gel to keeping the nail healthy. Sloppy, lumpy work, material flowing into the cuticle and nail sides. This is what the latest builder gel jobs have looked like lately. I could watch a few nail TikTok's and learn better technique. (Pink photos) The orange photos are dip done by a man that works there. He was bizarrely aggressive with my hands and held my fingers with an iron grip. Not only is the dip a complete mess, I left bleeding from 4 cuticles as you can see from the photos. Not the first time someone there has made me bleed. One time it wouldn't stop bleeding and they had to pack it with styptic powder, or something. I could share dozens of bad jobs but didn't always take photos and just sucked it up and complained to my husband when I got home. I feel terrible leaving this very negative review but I hope they see it and realize their minimum standard of service needs to improve, and they should really educate the techs in current nail techniques because I'd be sad for them to not stay in business.

Nails done by Tony. I loved my pedicure & manicure experience at M Vince's. The place is very clean & the customer service is great. I love my nails and would definitely recommend this spot to everyone! It is very pricey, but I think the experience and outcome is worth it.

I had an acrylic fill with Kenny, and It's very clear that he is not experienced enough to be doing acrylics. I'm honestly not even sure how he's certified. He globbed acrylic on my nails like a middle school art project and I left with both acrylic and top coat all over my fingers. He didn't at all check the lengths of my nails and match them to one other, nor the shape. It felt rushed and messy with no attention to detail and patience. If you're thinking about getting your nails done here, skip it and go down the street to mindy's.

This is the third time I've tried to come to get my nails done and there's more than an hour wait…read more I sat for 45 minutes and then they told me it was gonna be another one hour wait. I think their quality is good, but I highly recommend making an appointment if you want to get your nails done here on the weekends

I absolutely feel terrible about leaving a negative review. I planned a mother daughter day to have…read morepedicures and manicures and made an appointment for 2:00 PM. We showed up and the technicians got started. I paid for an upgraded pedicure for both of us; my daughter did not get the services that we paid for, and was finished in less than 15 minutes. The services offered themselves, were stated to be 12 minute massage, hot towel, wrap, lava rock, massage, none of this could've happened that quickly... She's only 14 so the technician just went right through. When I questioned her, she really didn't answer me directly. I was sitting right next to her, and my technician was unfortunately not as experienced in understanding language (Which I fully support as I teach at Lincoln Literacy, Volunteer with ESL job seekers, and have no ill will towards anyone in the process of learning English) Regardless of what happened, she had taken the nail clippers and cut all of my toenails down to the quick on my right foot. I then needed four fake nails (tips) , which, as a runner is not ideal... they were way too short to even paint, and so I was left with really no choice... She didn't understand the difference between hot and cold water, and it was too hot and she turned it all the way cold and then there was no relaxing scent in it... I just tried to explain how she could leave it somewhere in the middle. They kept sending a translator over, which I really tried to work with, but it just wasn't working out... Since she could not understand what I was saying, they sent another lady over who refused to tell me her name until she finished doing my toes... I asked and said I would be kind enough to tip the first technician and just wanted to understand who I was speaking with, still being very polite. After finally finishing my toenails, my daughter already had her French tip manicure completed... All they had to do was paint my toenails white. It took over two hours for them to figure that out. By the time they were finished, the shellac is so thick. It looks like someone just use white out on my feet. It's awful! I have one hand, and I simply asked to quickly have mine done, and they said, " No!" I had to go somewhere else. We had this appointment scheduled, their aero should not have penalized us. At this point, I had already racked up almost $200 worth of services and they would not do my one hand, and I missed spending the time with my daughter. Obviously, I was mortified and embarrassed, having to go through this in public. I lost my left hand to cancer... It's already embarrassing enough for me to be in public and they were awful to me. I had to rush and go somewhere else to get my right hand done. The owner (I assume that's who I was working with or the manager) completely ruined the only mother daughter day I've had this summer. Both my daughter and I were both morbidly embarrassed, and she went out to the car crying and imagine how I felt as a mother. I am absolutely shocked that they would treat customers this way when they make an error and a mistake like they did on my feet. I'm not going to be able to run until I have these fake tips removed, and I had to pay $160 for them; now I have to go somewhere and have both feet fixed. I ended up having to pay for them regardless... I even stated I'm also a business owner and I would not treat my customers this way, but there was no budging, and they were awful and screaming at me- I was calm, slightly crying, apologetic, and just nearly confused that this was happening... They weren't closing for another two hours. This was by far worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They also gave my 14-year-old girl nails that are much too long for her and her activities that she's in. The tips of her "pearl shaped" nails are sharp enough to cut skin. They're supposed to be slightly rounded, but they didn't do those correctly for her either... She was just too shy to say anything. Avoid this business, they have no concern for anything except taking your money. I was nothing but kind and courteous, and I was treated terribly!
