The acrylic was applied so thick and wide that the nails are actually wider than her natural fingers, and the overall shape and finish look very poorly done. What's most disappointing is that a nail tech actually allowed a client to walk out like that without correcting the work or offering adjustments. We weren't expecting perfection, but we definitely expected a level of professionalism and quality far beyond this. Very upsetting experience, especially for someone who was excited about getting her nails done.
