We both ordered the chicken tender basket with drink plus a small blizzard. The blizzard was a $2 upgrade from the sundae. It was definitely worth it. We also added small cheese curds. I love that the young man that took our order made sure when my name was called the rest of the staff knew how to pronounce my name. I have never had that happen. That is impeccable customer service. The tenders were good. The fries were good. Is this my favorite meal....no BUT I love the heated queso and hot white gravy to go with our meal. The cheese curds were so great! Eat them while they are HOT! Delicious! We also asked for our blizzards to come after our meal so they also allowed us to wait. When our food was ready, they brought it over to our table. When we finished our meal we let them know we were ready for our blizzards, showed out receipts and then they brought those to us also. The blizzards made the meal even greater! This location was very clean, I typically notice ac vents and these were very clean. I love the windows to let all the light in and the nice freezer section with ice cream goodies and cakes. Flavor features that you can find with this beer are lime and breadiness. The lager is very light bodied which is nice to experience for sure. I also liked their t shirt swag so purchased one of those as well. Would like to try out more of their beers but perhaps when there isn't something going on there and it's more laid back and chill.

All we had asked for were refills. That's it. To make it even more uncomfortable, Juanita was visibly frustrated and snapping at employees in front of guests immediately afterward. Watching staff get scolded while customers sit there wondering why basic service is such a struggle really kills the dining experience. If you're looking for a relaxed meal, attentive service, or even basic courtesy, this is not the place. Expect long waits, ignored tables, and an attitude that makes you regret walking in. Save yourself the time, money, and awkwardness -- there are plenty of restaurants that don't serve steak with a side of hostility.
