Despite that I got waited on pretty efficiently. The beer that Steve and I had from Oil City was the Mexicali Lima which was a Mexican Lager which we enjoyed quite a bit. Flavor features that you can find with this beer are lime and breadiness. The lager is very light bodied which is nice to experience for sure. I also liked their t shirt swag so purchased one of those as well. Would like to try out more of their beers but perhaps when there isn't something going on there and it's more laid back and chill.

There's a lot to look at. The food was totally worth the wait. And of course we had to have a milkshake! They give you a lot of milkshake. I had to drink mine and finish off Donna's. Both were nice portions and well prepared, we thoroughly enjoyed them and the price was great. Our server was a joy. After repeatedly asking multiple servers just to get simple drink refills, the situation got so ridiculous that a manager finally showed up. Instead of apologizing or even pretending to care, the manager (Juanita) walked up to our table and bluntly said, "What do y'all want?" in an irritated, bothered tone -- as if we were the inconvenience. All we had asked for were refills. That's it. To make it even more uncomfortable, Juanita was visibly frustrated and snapping at employees in front of guests immediately afterward. Watching staff get scolded while customers sit there wondering why basic service is such a struggle really kills the dining experience. If you're looking for a relaxed meal, attentive service, or even basic courtesy, this is not the place. Expect long waits, ignored tables, and an attitude that makes you regret walking in. Save yourself the time, money, and awkwardness -- there are plenty of restaurants that don't serve steak with a side of hostility. They'll probably respond trying to "address" this, but don't be fooled -- this wasn't a one-off, it was a full experience.

Hamburger Stand is in Casper, Wy. east side. I live in Casper WEST SIDE. I used the drive through. I got home and digged in. A Major Disappointment. The food was mildly warm but old and dry. It looked like it had been sitting on their grill for sometime. My mom got sick the rest of the night and only took one bite. I tried calling HB to rectify, but no answer as they just let it ring. I already knew how this was going to turn out from another like experience a year ago. The next day I didn't call and didn't leave my house. The following day out running errands I stopped in to request replacement or refund. The manager was obnoxious, rude and told me that time of night was close to closing time, that it was two days ago, i i should have come yesterday, and that "we answer our phones" further saying he was not going to do anything about it. The employees took notice of his anger and yelling and stood by speechless. I told him I am 62 years old disabled, I live on the west side of town and I wasn't going to drive there only just for complaint. I was flabbergasted this is the way this business does business. I've bull-horned my entire church and extended family to boycott Hamburger Stand, they agreed. I can't imagine this manger who's name evades me right now a tall slender man with blond hair. I'll NEVER go here again and my new purpose is to exploit this nasty man I, being a former manager of Carl Karcher Ent. California's Carl's Jr. Visalia, California. I know that Hamburger patties are grilled and set aside to enable a charbroiler/grill team to jumpstart to clean the fryers to cool down. The fries by they way were cold and old dried out as well. This manager definitely needs to understand that with intimidation and without his customers, there is no need to keep it's doors open, but perhaps better boarded up. HB used to be a great place to eat and well worth the money under other management. Clean, comfortable atmosphere that's 109% family friendly. The onion "rings" are so amazing I'd stop just for them. But then it's a hard choice between onion rings and sweet potato fries, both are amazing! So many varieties of lemonade, burgers, sandwiches and salads (and more) it's difficult to decide.
