They do a fantastic job of removing my calluses that seem to never stop growing. Their chairs have a basic massage function built in and they offer you drinks including white or red wine. There's a TV you can watch or you can easily just doze off. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. They stay quite busy, which makes sense considering their quality of service. Therefore, it's not a bad idea to make a reservation before you come in. That said, I have walked in before and been able to get a seat almost immediately. I will always come back!

She was SO thorough in selecting colors and shape. She put several ink color shades on my skin so I could choose which ones I liked. After drawing on the guide she had me check to make sure it was the shape I wanted. Several times during the procedure, she had me look in the mirror to see the progress as well as see how it was looking. Numbing gel was used before, during and after to minimize discomfort. She has an amazing personality and is chatty enough to make you feel at ease without awkward silence or constant conversation. I was very skeptical about the hair stroke look, but I'm so glad I chose it. In 6 weeks I'll have my follow up appt where I can choose to have them darker if I wish and to touch up if need be.
