Hands (and feet) down, this is the best mani-pedi place I have ever been to. I'm a regular here and they really treat me as such. I am not into manicures, personally, but I do get a pedicure every so often because I spend a ton of time on my feet running, hiking, and so on. I always go for the pedicure with hot stone massage. They do a fantastic job of removing my calluses that seem to never stop growing. Their chairs have a basic massage function built in and they offer you drinks including white or red wine. There's a TV you can watch or you can easily just doze off. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. They stay quite busy, which makes sense considering their quality of service. Therefore, it's not a bad idea to make a reservation before you come in. That said, I have walked in before and been able to get a seat almost immediately. I will always come back! read more

This is the absolute worst place and I do not know how it says in business. My husband and I went in to get pedicures and they sat us immediately and started on mine. 20 minutes later, he was still waiting. I had to tell them to put water in the tub so he could at least let his feet soak while he was waiting. After another 10 minutes, he said forget it! My pedicure was rushed, spent 2 minutes massaging and the hot stones were cold. Also, didn't get the paraffin wax that was included. I went there for the first time. Call for appointment ahead of time as they are very busy. When you get in, sign in on their tablet for rewards and promotions, then wash your hands. Then wait until they call you for your turn. I had manicure and shellac done. They didnt have names on their uniforms so i didnt get the name of the guy who did my nails. But he did a great job. The wait is a lil long id say 20-25mins depending on how busy they are but since it was so busy today, my wait was 20-25mins. Other than that, the manicure and shellac process was done in a timely fashion with great quality results. Highly recommended for great quality and reasonable price. read more

When I first arrived, I thought that it was gonna be great because they offered me a drink and a seat right away..I didn't have to wait ..but then I realized the nail tech clearly didn't speak much English. When I told her I wanted a "fill in" she didn't listen or understand and then took all my nails off and put on a full set (which cost more money than a fill in) then I told her, I wanted to change the color because I was getting a "new set" and she went with the other color that originally matched my old nails.. she didn't shake up the powder, which made my nails extremely discolored and uneven..Worst nail job I've ever had!! she got frustrated because I was leaning back and then kept pulling me and even exaggerated doing hand motions that she was annoyed ..so rude I will never go back! Yelpers, you didn't let me down!! Went here today for the first time and had the best experience! My technician was Paul and he was so great! Very attentive and very nice! I had to wait a little while, but as a walk in on a Saturday I totally expected it. I had the Happy Feet pedicure with coconut which was one of the best I have had anywhere!! My feet are still feeling amazing even several hours later. I loved the hot stones, hot wax, massage and hot towels. I also had a shellac mani that was nice, too. I can't say it was the best I have ever had, but my nails look good and I would go back for the mani! The ambiance here is lovely. Sounds of running water, nice massage chairs, complimentary beverages (the margarita is pretty good!), sanitary disposable liners in the pedi tubs and friendly employees really make this place stand out from the rest!! I waited 15 minutes before they started, and once all customer were leaving and the other staff was gone, my nail tech was becoming more and more rude rushing and annoyed by the fact that the work he did was not coming out properly. I would just like to start off by saying my very 1st experience here was great. The guy I had was so nice and did a great job. I raved about how great this nail spa was. Yesterday I went to go get a new set. The guy was terrible to me. He kept getting onto me saying that it was my fault the nail was crooked, uneven, and bumpy. He was so rude and was making fun of me because I flinched because he was cutting my actual finger over and over again and I said "I'm sorry". He mocked me by saying in a baby voice "I'm sorry" over and over again. He continued to get frustrated because the nails obviously weren't turning out as he or I wanted and needed someone to blame. He told me to go back and get them fixed so I did and he was not even there to fix them...Good thing one of the ladies said she would fix them. Walked right in and service was fast. I'm in town with my boyfriend for Christmas so I thought alright I'll be in and out. The lady took her time until a reoccurring client came in then it was like I was non existent. Came here for the first time about 3-4 weeks ago. I got the solar powder with shellac polish. Honestly I was skeptical because I'd never been here before, and I'm SUPER picky. The guy who greeted me was really nice, the girl I had was super sweet and she took her time. At first she made a face when I said I wanted them long, but she still did a good job. There was a few nails where the polish was a bit funky, but she was super attentive and fixed them until they were perfect. Some are uneven, and they're kinda thick but they haven't lifted or chipped, and the polish is still shiny. I still get compliments even though they're grown out. I'm also really pale, like nearly translucent, and she was super cute and obsessed over my skin. I thought it was flattering. My wife and I went here last Saturday. Our first impression was this place is clean and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and they were pleasant. We sat down for about 5 minutes and then went to the back for our pedicures. Again very clean and nice back there. We wound up both getting pedicures and manicures and paid $155 for all the services. Here is the issue. My wife's manicure the gel on her fingers was done sloppy it is all over her skin at the top of her finger she spent two hours when we got home trying to get it all off. My pedicure and manicure I asked the lady to cut all my nails as short as possible. My feet don't even look like she touched them and they are jagged as can be and my finger nails are the same. My finger nails have mountain peaks on them. What's crazy is she filed them after cutting them but filed peaks all over them. Not just one peak but multiple ones. I saw this when we got home and was going to go back but it was to late by then and the place was closing. For the price we paid for services I would have expected better results. Horrible experience and will never go here again! My 16 year old daughter went here with her own hard earned money to get nails with a friend. The man that did hers was extremely rude to her. Did not do the nails the way she requested. Didn't even use the right color she asked for. When she politely asked him about it he told rudely her it was too late to change it. One fingernail even had a huge skuff mark across it and he refused to fix that as well. They charged her $65 for her nails while her friend that got the exact same thing done just in a different color- was only charged $50! She called me crying after she left- so I called them to complain. Spoke to a manager who apologized and said to send her back in sometime this week and they would gladly get it all fixed for her. He took down her name and assured me they would correct everything and even put her w a new guy so she would feel more comfortable about going back. She went there today and got stuck with the same man again and he actually blamed her for his mistakes!! Refused to fix them like we were promised! Getting nails done is something all girls enjoy doing, especially teenage girls. They should be able to feel comfortable and welcomed in any business- and leave happy with the service they are paying for. Especially when most of these young girls are working hard to earn their own money for things like this! This place does not do that and we will never go here again! They will take advantage of young girls who are too scared to question their rudeness! We will be making sure all of our friends from school and church know to never spend their money here! read more

The atmosphere was very homey and made me feel comfortable being there, unlike some salons I've been to that feel very bare. Tried this salon today for the first time. I was very impressed! The girl wasn't very talkative but she worked fast and nailed everything! I would recommend giving this place a shot. The price was even lower than all of the other salons i've been to. It was only $35 to soak off the dip and get a full new set. Took my 10 year old daughter today to get our nails done together. They charged me $40 for her dip nails and she told me after that the guy was very rough on her(she is seriously not one to complain), I was charged $40 for my dip set but had asked for French dip and the lady started to dip my whole nail and asked how it looked, I told her I had asked for French tip but told her to continue since she had already started. No apologies, no offers to change, nothing. My nails are bulky and uneven, she literally dipped them 5-7 times per nail. The glue to put my tips on is stuck to my skin and I had a small natural tip already but she cut them off before putting my tips on and my cuticles are bleeding from no soak or treatment of any kind prior to application of dip or product in general. And I am seriously just so pissed that they charged me $40 for my daughter. She's only 10 but the size of an 8 year old. Her nails are literal bread crumb sized. I've never paid more than $20 for dip or shellac on her in all the years I've taken her to get nails done as a special treat. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Absolutely ridiculously horrible service and care. If I could give no stars, I would. read more

I personally like my nails short and so at times when I get my nails done they file them too short to where they look stubby. Lance kept my nail length and did a great job shaping them. This place is clean and not far from where I live. And the price of their services isn't bad. But one of their employees is a real douche bag. Last night, I went there to get a waxing. The man who did it said "You have a lot of hair" as he pulled the wax strips off of my neck. I still have some money on a gift certificate for this place and intend to use it. But once this gift certificate is used up, I will never go here again. I asked my husband to buy my gift certifcates elsewhere in the future.
