I was planning from San Francisco and was worried about the coordination, etc. Andrew was very responsive from the beginning, responding very timely and open to suggestions and ideas to craft the experience specifically to our group. He was so amenable to all allergies/preferences and showed up and cooked a DELICIOUS pasta bar meal, complete with appetizers and dessert. Held up my phone with the order # on it and it told us which bin had our order and it popped open. Nice woman behind a small counter window helped us very nicely as we were a bit confused about how to do the pickup. This little "lobby" is tiny - maybe room for 8 people total?
