(Not sure why she couldn't make me an appt as she had no client at her desk.) Made me feel as if I was a bother and that she was doing me a favor by talking to me. I left her with all my info over a week ago and no one ever contacted me. Which is fine because i booked with a Conpany that made me feel comfortable and were appreciative of my business. As a business owner myself it just shows how important it is to treat clients with respect and not acting like you are annoyed that they want to do business with you.

Kristi never told me that my male friend and I would be rooming together. When I texted her she referred me to Candy who was useless, telling me I would have to check at each hotel to see if they had single rooms, which, of course, they didn't.
