He spent about 12 hours with us and never once complained. He was always helpful, especially when unloading our bags, and made the entire day run seamlessly. One of the highlights was when he happily stopped so we could watch and take pictures of a bear we spotted in Yosemite. That extra bit of flexibility made the trip even more memorable. I also tend to get carsick, but both of our drivers were exceptionally smooth behind the wheel, so I never had any issues. The bus itself was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Storer rarely answers the phone when there is a need and when they do I have more times than not, been met with an incredibly rude person who talks over me, doesn't hear my concerns and jumps to conclusions. This is the only option for special needs school aged children and it is often what is best for a child to regulate between school and home. We are just asking for Storer to be kind, thoughtful and mindful of who they are transporting and listen to the concerns of special needs parents. They should be ashamed of the way they handle special needs parents and students.

Girls trip this was our first trip river rafting. There was 8 of us which worked out great to even…read moreour raft out! Price for this rafting was very reasonable. This is a basic level 1-2 does not require helmets as River is calm most of the trip. Life jackets are provided, no glass it accepted, no alcohol, but you can bring an ice chest with drinks and snacks that fits great in the raft. They have spot down the River where you can park and jump into the River with a swing or off a rock... it's typically not recommended "swing at your own risk". We did receive a call before our scheduled day letting us know the River water levels are high and we all must be great swimmers or able to swim back to the raft in strong currents if we fall out. We sign waivers upon getting into the raft. They give you instructions very basic!! On how to paddle as a group down the River. They did have some strong currents, super high water levels but nothing a decent swimmer can't do. They had shallow calm areas this rafting can take up to 4-5 hours start to finish. They do have a shuttle at the end of the River taking you back up to the starting point. They also take a professional picture which can be found at the end of your trip on their FB page complimentary! This was awesome! Con: Parking completely sucks! Recommendations: take a lot of drinks to stay hydrated, take a water proof speaker for music, take ice chest, hat, and sunblocks!

Responses to my inquiries were quick, polite, and professional from Paula at their office. We had several itinerary changes, which were graciously accommodated. Lucas, the driver, was punctual and got the teenagers safely to and from each stop. I drove separately to meet them at the first stop (photos at an obscure location) and I noticed Lucas drove that giant vehicle competently and followed all traffic laws. Bless him for calmly dealing with 18 rowdy teenagers, too. Parts of the outside of the bus could use a little perking up, but it was clean and very nice inside. Just like the photos posted. The stereo system was awesome, and the kids were able to connect their own music. They all said their time in the party bus was more fun than the prom itself, that they would have happily driven around in it most of the night. All in all, highly recommend!
