My car was dead because of major engine issues and I needed a tow after waiting for another towing company that my insurance company contracted but never showed up. My insurance company then gave me these gentlemen's number and immediately someone picked up. I told them I was given their number from USAA as a trusted towing company and they immediately took my details and gave me an eta of 10 mins and actually showed up in 6! The drivers connected my vehicle in minutes and we were off to the location. Their pricing was honest , upfront and fair. In the future I will call them directly first , since most auto insurance will reimburse if its one of their trusted partners like this company. I went to their repair service on quintard to get my wheel alignment checked after a parking lot collision where a person backed her car into mine. The insurance adjuster was supposed to go there to write up an estimate. When they got there the next day, my car wasn't even there anymore. Without my consent, they sent it out to Brooklyn to some body shop called Auto Dent. The insurance had to schedule another adjuster to go take a look at my car now in Brooklyn. To make a long story short, the body shop kept my car for 3 weeks, returned it unfixed. Nothing was done. In addition, when they towed my car from Toyota Service Center to Brooklyn, they used my plates for the toll which I got billed for. Island Toyota dealership cashed the Geico insurance check for $5,600+ and returned my car not repaired. They won't refund the money. They asked to bring the car back so they can fix it - thus admitting they didn't fix it in the first place. The guy from Auto Dent couldn't get his story straight either. He was very rude over the phone, first claiming he fixed the car, then saying he fixed some things, then said he can fix it if we bring it back. How could I send my car back to them? I went to another reliable body shop to get a statement that car wasn't fixed and payed for it out of my own pocket. Filed a DMV report against the body shop already. Auto Dent, Island Toyota, Toyota Service the worst customer service, and repair service there is. I assume, they went for the insurance fraud because my car wasn't badly damaged and if the owner didn't know much about cars, they would've never noticed that the car isn't fixed. Luckily, my husband knows a thing or two and after he brought the car home and started checking, he saw that nothing was done as per the estimate. It's hard to see at pick up as they give you "the complementary wash" so the car is wet and you can't see anything. We called the insurance back, they sent the local adjuster who came by and confirmed the job was not done. They were supposed to replace a headlight as per the insurance adjuster's estimate but they glued the one that was originally on the car. When confronted, they argued that they replaced it until they finally said that they glued it. Along with the repair receipt, they attached a list of parts they were going to use for my car with addresses where they supposedly got them from. They didn't use any. The other body shop confirmed that the bumper on my car is still the same bumper that was on the car and not a new one. They actually didn't even put back all the clips. There are parts numbers on parts...obviously.

Absolutely do not use them, they are very shady and disreputable. Mobile locksmiths are never known as the most scrupulous people but these guys set a new low. I called them to unlock my car, a simple job that should take one minute. They told me to wait by the car and they would be there in 20 minutes. Were they late? of course. 5,10,20 minutes etc. Every time I called the guys says "I am 5 minutes away, just a few blocks." 2 HOURS later he arrived! He blamed it on the snow which is impossible, it would not take you 2 hours to go five blocks if you were in damn Antarctica! The guy then starts saying how my vehicle is the hardest to open and it will cost $160. I was quoted on the phone at $40-80. I argued with the guy who just kept saying his boss would kill him if he took less, totally unreasonable. He then opened my door, with my help, in one minute despite his BS about my Chevy being such an exotic model. Eventually I had to pay $140(or else wait by my unlocked car for another tow company) I had to be at work. It was an absolute hijacking! I later called the management to reason with them for a partial refund and the guy actually hung up on me. Un-F'ing-believable. How does anyone run a business like this. DO NOT USE THEM.
