"Reliable and Professional" I can't recommend these guys enough! My car was dead because of major engine issues and I needed a tow after waiting for another towing company that my insurance company contracted but never showed up. My insurance company then gave me these gentlemen's number and immediately someone picked up. I told them I was given their number from USAA as a trusted towing company and they immediately took my details and gave me an eta of 10 mins and actually showed up in 6! The drivers connected my vehicle in minutes and we were off to the location. Their pricing was honest , upfront and fair. In the future I will call them directly first , since most auto insurance will reimburse if its one of their trusted partners like this company. Ill be honest I picked them because they are far away from here and they are still very fast. The reason I looked for far away is I want the maximum level of hell for the person who decided to block my driveway and this is a $50 Uber ride away and LOL forever and a day if they have to train/bus it. I have a driveway I pay good money for and jackasses seem to have zero respect for this, its not hidden, its quite freaking obvious. I mean Mr Magoo would see it and Im not even joking. Yet they still block it even after the landlord paid for the driveway to be widened all legal and everything yet still people try to squeeze into a spot that you cannot even fit a smart car into, a motorcycle longways would be too wide and yet idiots park there blocking my driveway by half a car. This leads to a 1 hour minimum wait for the NYPD to come out and ticket it but once thats done Hook & Go are super fast to get it removed. Ive used them twice 2 remove cars from my blocked driveway, they are there in 30 mins or a bit less and Im deep in Queens with them based in the opposite end of Brooklyn. Im still shocked how fast they are here and gone with the offending car. They take pictures of everything, and seem quite thorough in what they do. Would recommend to anyone with towing needs especially blocked driveway removal done by the book. read more

Ray at Hook and Go was excellent. I had lost the key for my Audi Silvercar Rental at 1030 on a Sunday night. Audi Roadside Assistance dispatched another tow company prior to hook and tow but they weren't able to get into the car. Hook and Tow was the second tow truck dispatched and he came within 30 minutes of being called. We were able to get into the car and pick up our bags. This was about 230 am on Monday morning. After dropping the car off at the Audi Dealership in midtown Manhattan, he was kind enough to drop us off at our friends place in Brooklyn. Service was kind, friendly, and quick. my roadside towing service left me sitting in my disabled car in mill basin Brooklyn for over 4 hours before the Angel named Ray from hook & go drove by me randomly. I flagged him down, he gave me a boost and determined it was the alternator, but the boost gave me a little heat to stay warm until he came back. He was back in about 20 minutes hooked my car up drove me to Astoria and all was done. Ray is an unbelievably nice guy, and he is a total Picasso with the tow truck. He had my up in under a minute!! I am cancelling my roadside towing service tomorrow and storing hook & go in m my phone in case this ever happens again. read more

My daughter and her two college friends just left after winter break to head back to school. Her friend's car had been parked for four days in Brooklyn Heights while they visited.
