I ordered a Designer's Choice arrangement again, and the quality and design were really nice. They do a great job putting together something that feels thoughtful and well-styled. There was a small hiccup with delivery this time. The driver left the arrangement outside of our gate instead of walking it down the alley to our front door, so I didn't initially know where the flowers were. I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.

Now these are top-tier Flowers, extremely fresh ones that you're going to have on your table for 10 days after you buy them. Yes they were $40. I'd probably could've got the same bouquet for $20 at Trader Joe's, but in two days they'd be dead and there'd be bugs flying around them. You get what you pay for. The service was so great too. 21 year old sweet girl gave my dog some water and was super helpful and nice. You have to love local places like this serving the community.

The owner was very rude and unprofessional with my wife who was trying to stick to a budget on a bouquet as a gift. He was unwilling to adjust the bouquet for her so that it was in the requested budget range and, after some rude comments, tossed the bouquet aside into a bucket, stormed off to his car, and drove away. The young girl/employee that helped us after was really nice and got us what we needed. As a customer facing owner, this is such unacceptable behavior, and it apparently is not the first time.
