I love supporting local businesses like this. Usually I get my flowers at Trader Joe's since my daughter works there. These are not top-tier Flowers though, Trader Joe's gets secondhand flowers when they're about two days from being spoiled. When I was running by here today, I decided to get my Wife some Flowers we just moved to town and I was excited to surprise her and I saw this beautiful bouquet out front. Now these are top-tier Flowers, extremely fresh ones that you're going to have on your table for 10 days after you buy them. Yes they were $40. I'd probably could've got the same bouquet for $20 at Trader Joe's, but in two days they'd be dead and there'd be bugs flying around them. You get what you pay for. The service was so great too. 21 year old sweet girl gave my dog some water and was super helpful and nice. You have to love local places like this serving the community. read more

I wish my review of this shop could be different but unfortunately Keith the owner ALMOST single-handedly ruined a very special date I had been planning for weeks. On Wednesday the 27th I went in to drop off a vase I had picked out for my country themed in home line dancing night. I told him I wanted red and yellow roses (because I knew that yellow represents friendship and red represents love. Given together it's a very sweet and settle statement) I also said that I wanted sunflowers because they are her favorite it her had recommended going with something different because they aren't in season. So we went with another option. He had said are you looking to spend $35, I said no more like $25-$30 I would like a simple arrangement. On my way home from work on Friday the 29th I stopped to pick them up only to find out he did not incorporate the yellow roses I asked for. He said that will be $35 and didn't really ask what I thought or anything. When I mentioned "I don't notice any yellow roses" and we agreed on $25 to $30 another lady said "no that was $30" to Keith his response was "you didn't say you wanted yellow roses!" The look of disgust on his face was only the start of what happened next. (I watched him write down my order two days earlier and saw him write very clearly red and yellow roses on the order form) I then stated "do you have yellow roses? we can just take out a couple red and put in the yellow." He responded "the roses are already cut!" after which he grabbed to old ugly open yellow roses and said I'll give you a couple of these for free I said those are no good and would just ruin the arrangement do you have some that's haven't opened yet or can we use a couple of those yellow roses with red tips. Then he snapped the old roses in half threw them in the trash and took all of the flowers out of the pot and dumped the water out. I pleaded with him to work with me! (I had no time to change providers because the date was in one hour) I said I'll even pay extra. (Scared all my plans would just be messed up) He then grabbed two of the healthy roses and ripped out two of the red roses. Through it together and poured water all over the vase and inside. I paid reluctantly because I had no other option at this point and walked off with a soaking wet arrangement. When I got in the car my pants were soaking wet because he over filled and didn't dry it off. He also did not give me any flower food. I had to go home and rearrange all the flowers by pulling them out because he did such a pour job at the end. One of the roses he added was sticking about four inches higher then all the other flowers. I will never give Keith another dime because he has no passion for what he is doing anymore, no love or empathy for his customers, and acted like a complete unprofessional. He keeps fresh flowers and I'm sure at some point in his career he was more customer friendly but there is nothing there anymore. Sad thing is I really liked the single flower I got there two nights earlier. I'm a hopeless romantic and giving flowers brings me joy. But I will never trust Keith with a special occasion again. To the reader: I hope you find a florist that will give your special occasion as much effort as you! Keith is not the man for that job. Ps I was able to get my bearings back after this man almost threw me off course and was able to have an incredible date. She loved every moment of it read more

I have purchased flowers here and they are always lovely. What motivated me to write a review is not the flowers, but the woman who works there (maybe owner). There is a trolley stop by this shop. For the last few years, we have waited at the stop many times. My daughter likes to look at the flowers while we wait. Multiple times the owner has come out and asked my daughter if she would like a flower. She gives her flowers slightly past their prime, but done up as if she was purchasing a "fancy" bouquet, with paper, water preserver, etc. She does not know my daughter and I expect she does this for lots of children. It is such a wonderfully touching thing to do, and really creates a sense of community. My daughter leaves feeling like a princess. read more

I came to realize this recently when I was waiting for the flower shop to be open and the owner came by and shooed me off the property and out of the public parking area with an absolutely rude tone. I used to come here all the time to get my grandmother flowers who lives in Shore Cliff area. The owner acted very entitled and aggressive towards me for really no reason at all. He parked behind me so that he could yell at me and I couldn't get away. Maybe I can cough it up to him having a bad day but I refuse to give any business to this man again. I placed a phone order on 5/31 for a arrangement to be picked up on 6/3 at 5. I told the girl on the phone exactly what I wanted, 2 white roses in the center 6 red roses placed around the white & 8 pink roses around the red. I told her this was for my mother's funeral Friday morning. When I arrived to pickup the flowers, I was shocked to see the rose's we're not fresh the pink roses were actually lavender and all the roses were arranged randomly with misc green and yellow filler. When I questioned Keith, he if don't like the flowers don't take them, this is how I arranged them. I told him to look at the order and that I didn't have a choice since the funeral was in the morning. All he did was take $100 and say oh well. I had to take wilted flowers to my mother's funeral. This place is a gem. My boyfriend has given me two GORGEOUS bouquets from here so when I was planning a baby shower, I decided to ask F&F to create the floral arrangements. I brought in a dozen mason jars and asked them to fill it with flowers that would go nicely with a "pink and gold" themed baby shower. I ordered Christmas flower's for delivery based on the photos on their website.. Keith did not disappoint ! I knew I didn't want a "Teleflora" style arrangement, but something with some artistic touches. I asked Keith to be creative and was; exactly what I wanted. Arrangement was about $75 including tax and $8 delivery. It's hard to order something when you are out of state and have never visited the shop.
