When I asked if she would truly rather sit there for two hours doing nothing than honor a scheduled appointment, she confirmed--yes--and continued to deflect responsibility. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's deeply disrespectful. I had used her service once before and had already sensed something was off. This experience confirmed it. The energy was hostile, the customer care nonexistent, and the accountability zero. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If professionalism and basic courtesy matter to you, look elsewhere.
