I live in Massachusetts but I called down to the store in NC & spoke with a man named Tracy. I asked, just to be completely sure that this was the jacket I was looking for, if he could text me a picture of it, which he immediately did. I will tell you that the level of accommodation was inspiring because these days nobody provides customer service like an old brick and mortar store and I was really impressed and grateful that he spent a few minutes with me, made sure that it was what I wanted, and even discussed which size to get after I described my size, etc. He said the jacket would ship that day and I got it in two days and it's beautiful and fits perfectly. I just wanted to leave this review to let people know what a wonderful experience it was working with this store and with Tracy. Thank you to Benjamin's in Morganton, North Carolina. Not sure where in NC that is but if I'm ever in North Carolina I will be sure to stop in and meet these nice people and do some more shopping at such a great store with good old fashioned service!

Several months ago my mother brought my necklace in and after a week or so she picked up what she…read morethought was my necklace. I'm not sure what salesman supposedly did the work. However they exchanged my 20" rope style gold necklace for a cheap gold plated necklace with the pretense of it being my necklace. I had the necklace for over 25 years and never took it off for anything but to have it fixed. The last time a jeweler looked at it told me that the necklace was old and weak because of its age and would continue to break easily. Wish I could leave NO stars.

Very rude, I went to buy a pistol, put my money on the counter, $640 that I could buy everything I…read moreneeded for. The owners wife "assumed" that I only put $300 on the counter and when my back was turned, she put the money in the counter like a blonde and then the next day when the drawer was 340 over, they never called me like the said they would. Plus the woman lied to my face, claiming that she only counted 300. When they couldn't win the argument, Pete refunded me and told me if I can't count money to go somewhere else. Which I had prayed for all my money back so that was good but the fact is, they acted like i were scamming her when actually her IQ is low. That's how she lied, AND didn't count the money. Took my money elsewhere and bought over $1500 and was never happier. They made sure to count my money in front of me!!! The people at smokefoot are really prideful and unwilling to admit their mistakes. They would rather humiliate their customers. Go check the cameras ya joke
