I live in Massachusetts but I called down to the store in NC & spoke with a man named Tracy. I asked, just to be completely sure that this was the jacket I was looking for, if he could text me a picture of it, which he immediately did. I will tell you that the level of accommodation was inspiring because these days nobody provides customer service like an old brick and mortar store and I was really impressed and grateful that he spent a few minutes with me, made sure that it was what I wanted, and even discussed which size to get after I described my size, etc. He said the jacket would ship that day and I got it in two days and it's beautiful and fits perfectly.
