I ordered a bike through Trek to be delivered and assembled at this shop. I called before they…read morenotified me for pick up just to see if my order would be ready as I was passing through the area home from business (I live an hour away from the shop). They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. Not only do they run a solid shop, they have beer on tap and coffee as well. Will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to others.

All the jewelry was $5 a piece and…read morethey didn't assist me when I asked what jewelry suited my anatomy best even though I shared sensitivity to downsizing my jewelry. I had a 17 year old apprentice attempt to change my jewelry for about 20 minutes but could because her nails were "too long" and she didn't know how to work the tools. Long story short, my 10+ year piercings got infected from this jewelry and had to immediately take them out. Wouldn't recommend for jewelry!!

I stopped in for jewelry replacement, and honestly this was the first shop in the area where the staff were familiar with what I was seeking and actually took the time to find what I wanted rather than throw some random pieces my way.
