The person on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. I requested a natural, woodsy arrangement in green and white. She asked if I liked curly willow (...do I like curly willow??!! Yes!), and when we concluded our business she said, "We'll make something very nice for you." Well let me just say, Leo Wood hit it out of the park! The pic doesn't do it justice. I was seeking a specific color but the flower type itself did not matter. Everything I inquired about the saleswoman would cut me off mid sentence stating the price as if I could not afford what I was seeking. She shouted at me "100 roses? THATS LIKE 700 dollars !" And went back to what she was working on. At this point I'm upset but I really needed beautiful flowers and I know they are the shop. I ask to see a catalog she throws it on the counter. I picked out two arrangements and the woman at the counter "wasn't sure if she could get the flowers." I just say thank you and leave.. take your hard earned dollars elsewhere! The price didn't matter as I'm throwing a celebration to honor my mother. I'm actually glad her service was pitiful because I received 100 beautiful orange roses from an online vendor for $100!!!! Now I'm off to spend the other $600 I guess she assumed I didn't have, else where! Money isn't an issue with me. Bad customer service always will be.
