These shrubs were not touching his truck. Then he pulls in and begins to turn his truck and trailer around and DESTROYS a small hillside of plantings, ivy, and flowers. I think this was unnecessary, since he could have backed in or taken the trailer off to position the truck first. But he did not ask, to give us a choice--the least, I figure. (It has taken over a decade to make this landscaping.) He then drove into our yard in his attempt to get it right, leaving deep ruts. This was thoughtless, amateur-hour "work".
