    What arrived: 80% Green

    Technically, there were some flowers in the arrangement I ordered, but instead of "Beautiful in Blue" the vase was mostly full of greens. They looked hardly anything like the picture. If they lacked flowers to complete the arrangement I was never contacted to be informed. I just paid for about half the flowers I was led to expect from the picture.

    Cheap bouquet

    Don't order from here if you want quality flowers they charge you all this money for being a florist and give you a cheap bouquet. I wanted to support a local business but I should've gone to Wegmans or something if I wanted this cheap skimpy bouquet.

    My boyfriend purchased my flowers from Harry's, he said that it's a "Beautiful place inside and out. The florist knew exactly what I wanted made a suggestion and made it happen. " The flowers were gifted to me for my graduation from Nursing school.

    We ordered a deluxe flower arrangement for Mother's Day and what was delivered was not at all correct. I understand having to swap out flowers, but there were not the amount shown and certainly not worth the money. We called for a refund and they wanted to go to my mothers house, take her flowers, and give her new ones. I don't want to bother her or let her know something wrong happened. They did not give us a refund nor did they provide $75 worth of a bouquet. They replaced the daisies with berries, yes you read that right, leftover Christmas berries is what she got for Mother's Day. Total disappointment. See the pictures for yourself.

    We have been ordering from Harry's for years (I should clarify that my husband has been ordering the flowers for me ). A week ago he ordered the "Beautiful in Blue" arrangement for our wedding anniversary. The arrangement was spectacular and the flowers were so fragrant. The arrangement is almost a week old and the flowers still look good. And I can still smell the flowers when I walk past my dining room! The arrangement came in a nice blue vase but I switched it out for one that has a sentimental meaning to us.

    Funeral Arrangement (placed in front of altar)

    My family and my business have used Harry's Famous Flowers for years. So, when I needed a large arrangement before the altar for my Dad's funeral mass, I called Harry's. We were not disappointed. Our request for an arrangement of white lilies and roses with purple orchids and stock was stunning and timely delivered to the church. The beauty of the flowers surpassed all of our expectations. I cannot thank Michelle and the florists at Harry's enough!

    Original bouquet minutes after being delivered on 02/15/22; most of the roses were quite bloomed

    Customer service is GREAT, flowers are NOT! If you want long-lasting flowers, this is not your shop. A very dear friend of mine bought a large bouquet of roses for me to be delivered on 02/14/22, however they weren't delivered until later on 02/15/22. When they were dropped off, the roses were mostly bloomed and a few even looked like they had begun to wilt. In addition, the greenery had an off-putting odor, as though they were dying. My friend emailed the shop directly and they were quick to apologize and offer to replace the bouquet, which they did the next day (02/16/22). And while this bouquet does have the appropriate number of flowers, today (02/18/22), I noticed that one of the blooms was drooping and several had started to appear 'veiny" (a tell-tale sign that the roses are dying). Again, I have no issue with the staff at this florist--- they were very professional and expedient to resolve the issue--- and even the 2 different delivery drivers were very kind and friendly. The issue lies with the quality of the roses themselves, especially for the prices that they charge. If you need a bouquet but don't want it to last more than 2 days, then this is the place to order your arrangement.

    what i ordered

    I had ordered from this company before and loved the flowers i purchased as a gift. For mother's day I placed an order over two weeks in advance and when i showed up i did NOT receive what i had ordered online. When i told him i was unhappy he took the flowers back to get "fixed." I expressed my unhappiness once again and a manager came out to look at the flowers and not even address me or my concerns. She barely looked me in the face. They said that "of course the photos online are photoshop" and had run out of some of the flowers that were suppose to go in my bouquet. Whether it's a busy holiday or not customer service should never be optional. They do not show an interest in the satisfaction of their customers and I will never be purchasing from this place again.

    Thank You for fixing the issue. I received my flowers late, it was supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Manager was able to still send me flowers.

    I paid 100 bucks for this (not including delivery) and this is how they look one week later. I'm happy!

    Unique- reasonable- and thorough! I contacted these folks to deliver flowers to my 87 year old cousin. First, they have many more arrangements that are different and cooler than the FTD sites. They also had an option for a unique design based on available flowers. So I choose that and my cousin was elated. I felt the price was very reasonable compared to what a rip off FTD is. Also, they called me during the delivery because it turned out my cousin lived in a gated community. Then they went the extra mile to contact the leasing office to get the flowers to her. I posted a photo of the flowers I purchased for 100 bucks (not including delivery) and a full week after they were delivered. This was a "Create Your Own Exotic Bouquet" which they told me on the phone was the best way to go cause you got a better deal. I LOVE small businesses like these!

    I was recovering from surgery when I received this most gorgeous arrangement of flowers. They were bright contemporary and cheery! Many of the blooms were unopened which is perfect because they kept blooming and cheering me for days after the delivery! I am most impressed with Harry's and will use them for future florist needs myself.

    Overpriced. Average quality of flowers. Bought a dozen roses for my wife and they were basically gone in about 3 days.

I ignored numerous red flags because we had a friend who used this shop for their wedding and had a good experience, however ours was far from good. To make a long horrific story short, the red flags included: WEEKS of delay in receving the intial proposal that was met with numerous excuses and reassurance everything was booked for our wedding (spolier: it never was), at one point the excuse was ownership changed so Kathy took her notes home, She called to verify some of our floral info which was pretty straightforward, She ignored the email of inspo pics, Kathy moved communication from the store's email to her personal email, the order was not a formal contract and never signed by either party even when I requested a signed copy (my lesson - should have pulled the plug here), a Square payment link that had a different business name attached, horrible spotty communication throughout all of this - I would have to email, call the store, and text Kathy numerous times for a response, once payment was made there was radio silence. Our wedding was 12 days away and we had not received any confirmation of our florals being ordered/prepared, my cooridnator was not able to get a response at all. Finally my MIL called the store and pressed for an answer (after they hung up on her and she called back) and they informed us the store had NO RECORD of my wedding, of our order, OR THE PAYMENT. The casually said maybe Kathy was doing the order on her own (not through the shop) which was never communicated to us and would not be allowed by our venue. We then sent an email requesting full refund given the order was never placed, no contract, etc and like MAGIC after 2 weeks of no answer - Kathy texted within 15 minutes. After some back and forth we were able to get a refund, which was the ONLY good part of this horrible experience that almost left us with no flowers for our wedding.

    Lake Eola Florist is a florist I would never recommend…read more My husband, family, and friends have always ordered from In Bloom or Colonial Florist with wonderful experiences. This year for Valentine's Day, my husband decided to try Lake Eola Florist -- and it turned into a huge disappointment. On Friday, February 13, 2026, my husband ordered a bouquet of tulips (my favorite flowers), a Valentine's Day balloon, and delivery. The flowers were delivered after 5pm while I was at my son's baseball game. When we got home, he brought them inside -- the tulips were already wilted (and while tulips naturally droop some, these were clearly struggling), and the balloon was half-flat. Saturday and Sunday, the flowers still did not look good. We refreshed the water and left them on the dining table while we were away in Daytona for the races. By Tuesday, February 17th -- just four days later -- multiple blooms had completely fallen off and the arrangement looked worse than ever. I called the florist and was told I would receive a follow-up call or text. Two hours later, I received a text stating that "vase life is 5-7 days." However, today was only day four -- and that's stretching it considering the late delivery and the poor condition upon arrival. I sent photos and explained everything. I was told that because the arrangement was delivered days ago, I could not receive a refund -- but if I brought in a vase to the shop, I could receive a complimentary bouquet of roses. I do not like roses -- which is exactly why my husband ordered tulips. At that point, I still did not know the total cost. After speaking with my husband, I learned he paid $110 for the flowers, balloon, and delivery. For that price, I expect an arrangement from a higher-end florist to last longer than four days -- especially when it did not arrive in good condition to begin with. Asking me to bring in my own vase to pick up roses (that I do not even like) is not an acceptable solution. Customers work hard for their money, just like florists work hard on their arrangements. Quality and customer service should match the price point. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I highly recommend In Bloom or Colonial Florist instead -- they consistently provide beautiful arrangements and stand behind their product to keep customers happy and returning.

I just had to know the details, so he shared how efficient, fairly priced, and unique the floral design was arranged by the owner Belkis Rodriguez! We have definitely found a gem! The picture doesn't do it any justice!
