Well, I was a bit skeptical at first because of the negative reviews. However, on October 26, I decided to walk into the shop and was pleasantly surprised. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and Belinda assisted me right away. I explained my situation and how I had been scammed online while trying to order floral arrangements. She kindly asked when I needed the arrangement, and I told her, "Today, by two." She mentioned that they closed at two but still asked what the occasion was. When I told her it was for a funeral service, she asked which arrangement I wanted, and I said the Lavender Reflections spray. Belinda let me know that, due to the short notice, they might not have all the exact flowers and wouldn't be able to deliver, but I could pick it up by one. I agreed to proceed with the order--and wow, I was truly amazed by how beautiful the arrangement turned out! I'm so glad I chose Harry's. On February 13, 2022, Harry's delivered 12 yellow roses to our Orlando home. My Husband ordered and was billed for 18. He paid by credit card. We contacted Harry's no less than five times, never to receive a response. I clearly stated the problems in my voicemail to them. The dozen roses I received died within two days, they never opened. I have no recourse other than to contact my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau as well as publish a warning to others who may plan to purchase from Harry's Famous Flowers. We were longstanding customers and this is the second time we've received Valentine's flowers that are a very poor quality, turn brown and never open. I cannot recommend this company. read more

I understand having to swap out flowers, but there were not the amount shown and certainly not worth the money. They did not give us a refund nor did they provide $75 worth of a bouquet. Customer service is GREAT, flowers are NOT! If you want long-lasting flowers, this is not your shop. A very dear friend of mine bought a large bouquet of roses for me to be delivered on 02/14/22, however they weren't delivered until later on 02/15/22. When they were dropped off, the roses were mostly bloomed and a few even looked like they had begun to wilt. In addition, the greenery had an off-putting odor, as though they were dying. My friend emailed the shop directly and they were quick to apologize and offer to replace the bouquet, which they did the next day (02/16/22). And while this bouquet does have the appropriate number of flowers, today (02/18/22), I noticed that one of the blooms was drooping and several had started to appear 'veiny" (a tell-tale sign that the roses are dying). Again, I have no issue with the staff at this florist--- they were very professional and expedient to resolve the issue--- and even the 2 different delivery drivers were very kind and friendly. The issue lies with the quality of the roses themselves, especially for the prices that they charge. If you need a bouquet but don't want it to last more than 2 days, then this is the place to order your arrangement. read more

For mother's day I placed an order over two weeks in advance and when i showed up i did NOT receive what i had ordered online. When i told him i was unhappy he took the flowers back to get "fixed." I expressed my unhappiness once again and a manager came out to look at the flowers and not even address me or my concerns. She barely looked me in the face. They said that "of course the photos online are photoshop" and had run out of some of the flowers that were suppose to go in my bouquet. Whether it's a busy holiday or not customer service should never be optional. Unique- reasonable- and thorough! I contacted these folks to deliver flowers to my 87 year old cousin. First, they have many more arrangements that are different and cooler than the FTD sites. They also had an option for a unique design based on available flowers. So I choose that and my cousin was elated. I felt the price was very reasonable compared to what a rip off FTD is. Also, they called me during the delivery because it turned out my cousin lived in a gated community. Then they went the extra mile to contact the leasing office to get the flowers to her. I posted a photo of the flowers I purchased for 100 bucks (not including delivery) and a full week after they were delivered. This was a "Create Your Own Exotic Bouquet" which they told me on the phone was the best way to go cause you got a better deal. I LOVE small businesses like these! read more

Harry's said they would replace it but have to pick up the arrangement previously delivered. I ordered a dozen long stem roses last week in January to be delivered on Valentines Day. On Feb 1st I got a call from them telling me. "Our prices for our roses are more expensive in Feb. Therefore we have to increase your price by $20+." Notice I had already placed the order and paid for it online-nowhere did it say price increase in February especially if delivered on Valentines Day. Fast forward to 2/14/18 no flowers delivered! The recipient of the flowers received 3 phone calls from delivery. They apparently could not find the address. They've delivered to this address before. I googled the address, I Mapquested it, and IPhoned it. It's not hard to miss! I left them a voice message yesterday around 6pm. They were closed. Famous for ripping you off. Check and make sure they don't send you flowers that were not what the sender ordered. They give you whatever is on hand, then complain that they want the old ones back before they send you what was ordered. The event is over by the time they do this. Don't use them, and always send the sender a picture to make sure your not getting ripped off. These places are optional for the most part to me. So they should offer outstanding service. Online companies farm orders to these local places, I would make sure they don't use harrys. Check the filtered reviews for these guys, others had the same problem we had. read more

Thankfully, I worked at a flower shop previously and I knew about flowers, because if I was just some random guy that wanted to get a nice little gift for his significant other, I wouldn't have known what to ask for. Well get home from dinner and a note on the door saying sorry we missed you. So I call the day after, told them and they offered to redeliver, but no offer of a discount, just a sorry.
