We were planning a church, funeral service. My dad wanted 5-6 flower arrangements. He wanted purple flowers, for pancreatic cancer, flowers surrounding the urn (she was cremated), and a heart arrangement. Flowers were supposed to be matching, but not all identical. They hit it! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Super disappointed. Ordered a beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day and what I got was nothing like what I ordered (see photos and description). Called the shop and sent photos in and was told they would remake the bouquet but my mother would have to bring the vase back in. WHAT?! Why should she have to go out of her way when this was a gift and she isn't the one who messed up? The bouquet we got was unacceptable and they should be ashamed. Bait and switch! I bought the upgraded deluxe arrangement and originally I was going to rate either 2 or 3 because the upgrade deluxe only seemed like more green filler in the back. There were 0 flowers on one side. They were delivered on Friday and immediately placed in water. BUt now I have to give a 1 because by Sunday, before the lilies even opened, other flowers were already dying. Okay, here's the deal...I'm not sure who's at fault in this situation: Teleflora, Oviedo Beautiful, or Both! My sister in SC ordered an arrangement called Holiday Splendor for me here in FL., because it had roses. When I received the flowers, I sent her a photo of them. It was by no stretch of the imagination what she ordered. (SEE PICTURES.) She called Teleflora and was told the "fine print" says there's a right to replace design with comparable product if initial flowers ordered are out. The flowers she ordered cost $55 + tax and these...well...not so much.... She ordered the Holiday Splendor before Christmas and JUST NOW received an email notice saying the florist in the area can't make the arrangement...13 DAYS LATER??!! The "replacement" arrangement called Snowman Sensation Bouquet contains: 9 Small Red Carnation stems (10 flowers) And a TON of FILLER... 5 Alstroemeria stems (34 flowers) 4 Red Berry Twigs 22 Fir Tree Twigs 3 Cedar Tree Twigs 2 Miscellaneous Green Twigs 2 Gold Ornament Pick 1 Gold Ribbon Pick It doesn't even match FTD's description of the flowers used for the Snowman Sensation Bouquet. She was really sweet, noticed we hadn't ordered before and took time to ask about our story, even though she was at the tail end of the Mother's Day weekend smackdown.... Having done pro floral in the past myself, I know this is like, the craziest time of the year for Florists (between that and graduations starting). Anyway, the flowers turned out perfect! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my gf for Valentines Day. Order#76717. I paid, received an email confirmation with a delivery date of today, but my girlfriend never received her flowers. I tried to call multiple times during the day to check on delivery but no one answered the phone and your voicemail box is full. If there was a problem at delivery or an issue with the order, I never received any type of correspondence via phone or email. I am extremely sad and upset about total lack of customer service. I received flowers on Friday from Oviedo Beautiful Flowers from my daughter who is in another state. By Monday the white roses in the bouquet have started to wilt and die. They didn't begin to open at all. Also 2 Lillie's didn't open. I informed the florist and was told that white roses never open and unless the buds of the Lillie's are slightly open, they won't open. Not sure why a customer would pay for those flowers. I was told I could go by their shop and have them replaced but working far and living even further from Oviedo is just too inconvenient. My husband sent me a flowers at work for Valentines Day. This was his first time using this florist. The flowers were beautiful and complimented by an equally beautiful vase. There was supposed to be a balloon as well but it was not with the flowers. My husband called and the balloon was delivered with 2 beautiful roses the next day.
