Apparently they…read morecompletely deleted my account and removed me from the practice without ever saying a word to me regarding it. When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a place at all costs!

I have found nothing but genuine help and kindness from the team at the Desert Ridge location, from my psychiatrist, to my TMS therapist and to the gals that work at reception. I went in there just thinking I would go back on my lexapro after having to switch psychiatrists after moving. But when I spoke with my new psychiatrist about the path forward, he listened to me and it was a great conversation about what I wanted to do and his recommendations. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything I didn't know anything about TMS or ketamine therapy before I went in. My psychiatrist explained, in detail, both and then I had another meeting with the TMS administrator. I was lucky because I had already met my insurance deductible for the year and I qualified for TMS so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. They recommended ketamine transfusions with the TMS for optimal results. I let them know I can't really afford the out of pocket cost for ketamine. It's expensive and they gave me a discount and set up a payment plan. I said, can I just do one or two sessions and see how it feels. I didn't want to continue after 2. They said no problem and there was zero pressure to continue. I also had to reschedule last minute one time for my psychiatrist visit and it was just shy of 24 hours and they mentioned there might be the $150 fee but when I asked them about it on the next visit they said you don't owe anything. I would highly recommend this team. I have felt nothing but compassion, understanding and a real feeling of wanting to help from this team. I finished TMS last week and I have the sweetest card from the team that is on my fridge.

When…read morethey finally called to set up my first appointment, I was a little surprised at how personal the receptionist got over the phone regarding 1.) what was going on with me and 2.) What my billing information was, including asking me for my SSN, which I did not provide. The receptionist also seemed to be trying to pitch Ketamine to me, which seemed weird and aggressive, but I proceeded anyway. Despite my initial gut feeling that something was off, here, I went ahead and showed up to my first appointment. I have what I feel is comparatively good health insurance through BCBS. I was informed at the counter that the total amount due for my initial consultation was $279 after insurance! That really surprised me, and I ended up walking away paying the $150 "no-show" fee (which they happily collected). In the end, this is probably my fault for not doing my homework about this sort of provider. This place is certainly NOT the alternative to Better Help I was hoping it would be. I think this is a place full of true psychiatrists who are eager to diagno$e, *NOT* talk therapists. If you're looking for quick, easy meds and money isn't a thing for you, then these guys seem like the type of people who can get you what you want. If you're on a budget and/or just looking for regular, everyday CBT or reasonably priced talk therapy, you should look elsewhere.

Once they finally saw me and sent me on my way, they gave me a completely incoherent paper with two dates to come back. They didn't give a reason, and there was several typos and missing information. They told me to come back another day because they didn't know what to do. The man I spoke to ended up telling me I had to redo the test, and it would be covered since they messed up. He then went into the system, fixed the paperwork, and when I returned he was on PTO. They completely ripped me off and made me re-pay for their mistakes.

The first appointment I had with her she spent approximately an hour listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. She sent me for comprehensive blood work and I met with her a week later to go over the results and provide a treatment plan. Again she spent about another 45 min with me explaining everything in detail. She determined my hormones were all out of balance, which I had suspected as I was having hot flashes about 6 times an hour. I have now been under her care for about 6 weeks and I have to say all my symptoms have subsided. The hot flashes discontinued about 3 days into treatment and I can honestly say I feel like I did when I was in my 20s, I'm now 49. I have unlimited energy, the desire to work out, a sense of wellbeing, no more aching joints and I'm sleeping through the night. Making the decision to be under Geri's care has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health. She is truly a Miracle Worker!
