When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a place at all costs!

My PC goes over everything and makes sure you're well taken care of. They even give you a summary of your visit with all tests results, vitals and everything that was discussed with your PC. They provide free transportation to and from the office if you have no way of getting there or don't feel like driving. They always make a follow up call to see how you're doing after your visit. They also have a 24/7 hotline if you need a Dr after hours or have questions. I've never been treated so well at a Dr office in my entire life. I would recommend OSH over Desert Ridge any day of the week.

What my billing information was, including asking me for my SSN, which I did not provide. The receptionist also seemed to be trying to pitch Ketamine to me, which seemed weird and aggressive, but I proceeded anyway. Despite my initial gut feeling that something was off, here, I went ahead and showed up to my first appointment. I have what I feel is comparatively good health insurance through BCBS. I was informed at the counter that the total amount due for my initial consultation was $279 after insurance! That really surprised me, and I ended up walking away paying the $150 "no-show" fee (which they happily collected). In the end, this is probably my fault for not doing my homework about this sort of provider. This place is certainly NOT the alternative to Better Help I was hoping it would be. I think this is a place full of true psychiatrists who are eager to diagno$e, *NOT* talk therapists. If you're looking for quick, easy meds and money isn't a thing for you, then these guys seem like the type of people who can get you what you want. If you're on a budget and/or just looking for regular, everyday CBT or reasonably priced talk therapy, you should look elsewhere.

The first appointment I had with her she spent approximately an hour listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. She sent me for comprehensive blood work and I met with her a week later to go over the results and provide a treatment plan. Again she spent about another 45 min with me explaining everything in detail. She determined my hormones were all out of balance, which I had suspected as I was having hot flashes about 6 times an hour. I have now been under her care for about 6 weeks and I have to say all my symptoms have subsided. The hot flashes discontinued about 3 days into treatment and I can honestly say I feel like I did when I was in my 20s, I'm now 49. I have unlimited energy, the desire to work out, a sense of wellbeing, no more aching joints and I'm sleeping through the night. Making the decision to be under Geri's care has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health. She is truly a Miracle Worker!
