A couple of days before she calls me to ask me to send her the pictures again. I sent them and she said they would be great. When I arrived to pick them up, they were light pink, pink, and white roses in the bouquet and the boutonnières were pink. I refused them because I did not want any pink and had her redo them with regular white roses. They were NOT what I wanted at all but I had no choice as it was 7pm on a Saturday and I couldn't get new ones. I was extremely upset and frustrated. The lady did them as I requested with the white roses but I wish they would've just said they couldn't order the color I wanted and I would have gone somewhere else. It was extremely disappointing and I wasted 45 minutes watching her redo them.

She was very rude and told me to get out of HER STORE, stating that she is the owner. This person by the name of Christine should not be manager of anything! She can take her whole store to her own home, because we - the residents of Bay Ridge don't need her NASTY ATTITUDE and lies! He gave us a glare as if we were troublemakers because he had to repeatedly ask us about payment method. We already answered him and I had my wallet out already with my items waiting to scan. I even spoke louder each time (and felt like I was about to yell to be heard which would be rude if I did) and he never even looked/acknowledge my husband when he spoked up as well.
