Ordered a bridal bouquet and two boutonnières for my husband and son. I sent pictures of exactly the color roses and spray roses I wanted. They were a cream/light blush/light beige color. The lady at the store agreed that she could do it. It was $110 for everything. I paid a deposit and said I would pick it up the day before. A couple of days before she calls me to ask me to send her the pictures again. I sent them and she said they would be great. When I arrived to pick them up, they were light pink, pink, and white roses in the bouquet and the boutonnières were pink. I refused them because I did not want any pink and had her redo them with regular white roses. They were NOT what I wanted at all but I had no choice as it was 7pm on a Saturday and I couldn't get new ones. I was extremely upset and frustrated. The lady did them as I requested with the white roses but I wish they would've just said they couldn't order the color I wanted and I would have gone somewhere else. WARNING FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS: The flowers for valentines day *NEVER CAME*. I ordered a ~$200 bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day almost a week in advance, and received a confirmation email and everything. The day of, the hours ticked down until I heard from our building's front desk at the end of the day that no flowers had ever came. Placed an order for a Christmas garland. I live in a condo, so I don't have a lot of working space. I spoke to Jenny and she advised I do a doorframe garland as it'll "pop" my tiny outdoor space. I don't know nothing about anything, especially when it comes to flowers and arrangements. SO GLAD I left it up to the professionals, because holy smokes, Jenny did amazing! I was not expecting it to look so good!!! I will be fully honest that it wasn't a cheap job, BUT it did not break my budget. I knew fully going in that this was going to be my splurge since I was only able to decorate 1 focus thing outside my little condo. When I told Jenny what I was thinking she gave me a price point and never pushed or encouraged me to increase the value. She respected my budget and vision. Before posting a review we tried to contact the shop multiple times and provided them feedback about the order and asked for explanation and potential remediation, but our emails and phone calls remain ignored.   Gifts and flowers were destined for our daughter's marriage ceremony and we wanted to make sure everything will be perfect. We contacted the store, explained it to them and store personnel assured us that all will be top notch, and that flowers and basket will be very close to pictures and description on their website.  We have ordered a Gourmet Basket and Perfectly Peach Bouquet and some extra for a total of $200+. Order was delivered in time frame agreed upon, but when we were shown what was delivered we were very disappointed to say the least.  First we were shocked with the content of the Gourmet Basket ($70). Instead of a combination of fancy sweets and savory snacks (cheese, sausages, mustard according to the picture and description) our daughter got a bunch of cheap, gas-station quality sweets that we would never ever send to anybody. Here is a complete inventory of the basket: Hershey Bar - $2.79, Whoppers candy - $1.79, Goobers candy $1.99, Grape Jelly $4-5, Bigelow tea bags, crackers and some cookies. We understand that some products could be substituted, but substituted with similar products, not with the cheapest, lowest quality and completely different. We were totally embarrassed when our daughter and her new husband opened this basket with us on a video call. We also were quite dissatisfied with the flowers. We ordered a "Large" size Perfectly Peach Bouquet. Instead of a large beautiful flower arrangement ($65), the bouquet that we received was half filled with green leaves instead of flowers. As you can see from pictures - they are very different.  See photos below for what was shown on the website and how it was described vs what was actually received. Considering deceitful website description, low quality of products, and horrible customer service (we have contacted them multiple times and tried to give them a chance to explain and remedy the situation, but they never reached back to us to at least apologize) - we cannot recommend for anybody to do any business with this shop ever again! read more

I ordered a large "Classic Dish Garden for Sympathy" online at 7 a.m. this morning for same day delivery. Not having heard from the recipients, I called the store about 6:45 p.m. to ask if/when the item was delivered. She said her driver wasn't finished but she would reach out to him and call me back. She NEVER did. Every time I called back it went to a machine. I left several messages and said I would be stopping the payment and they would be all over social media for HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! This is step one! This was a $115.47 order (including a tip for the driver). DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Not even the courtesy to call me back. Doesn't even deserve 1 star! read more

BEWARE: JENNY IS A SCAMMER & A THIEF Our wedding had to be rescheduled at the last minute due to a COVID outbreak affecting our venue's staff. While all of our other vendors had been understanding and offered to reschedule their services at no extra cost or offer refunds if they were unable to reschedule, Jenny offered to do neither. I understand not being able to refund money lost on flowers that were already purchased, but she also refused to refund money that would have gone toward the labor of arranging and delivering the flowers. However, the shadiest part of dealing with her came when we went to collect the flowers we had paid for. When we arrived at her shop (a day before the scheduled wedding date) she presented us with a small bouquet of wilted flowers (which did not include the correct greens we had ordered). I asked for the remainder of the flowers and she said that she would not give them to us because they were not ours, and that the money we paid her was not for the flowers but for the runners, centerpieces and other arrangements. The arrangements were all 100% flowers (runners and garland centerpieces) and when I pointed out that the arrangements would have been made with the flowers we were picking up, she would shake her head and begin speaking in circles. My fiancée and I are fully convinced that she had either sold these flowers for pure profit at our expense or used them for other clients' arrangements after we told her the wedding had to be rescheduled. After our experience we contacted several other florists who all agreed that we should have at least been given our flowers. She kept our money, and kept our flowers and wanted to charge us again from the ground up for doing the new date. Never working with her again and I would advise anyone getting married to steer clear of her. read more

From the first meeting, it's obvious she's very passionate about her work and has a lot of experience with weddings. After showing her some photographs of flowers I found online and in magazines, we sat together and poked through her extensive catalog of work and homed in on what I was looking for. She took those meetings and designed amazing floral arrangements to fit our coral, mint, and cream summer wedding! Because of Jenny's close proximity to Dyker Beach Golf Course (our venue), she and her staff arrived hours ahead of the wedding to meticulously arrange all the flowers as well as deliver the corsages, bouquets, and flower girl baskets. She was also thoughtful enough to make sure my husband had a spare corsage in case it got smooshed! Jenny was part of the reason why I absolutely loved my wedding. I wanted it to be clean, simple, and elegant. Everything that I envisioned what the flowers, center pieces, and arch would look like was expertly executed. She took the time to meet with me long before the wedding and asked me questions about what I wanted. I didn't realize SO much goes into the flower arrangements and planning! I started feeling overwhelmed but she noticed and asked me to come in the next week to see a sample centerpiece. It was EXACTLY what I pictured it to look like in my head. Big calla lilies submerged in water with rocks on the bottom and a floating water candle on top. Beautiful. I knew then that she would do an amazing job with my wedding, and she did. She even recommended that I do an arch for the venue and I naively thought that I could buy one and make it myself. Thank goodness I didn't! The intricate details and draping that Jenny did was perfect. I posted a photo of the venue of what it looked like before the aisle runner (from Instagram though since I didn't have my own phone with me) because my mouth dropped open when I saw how beautiful Jenny made the place look. I'll post a pic of the bouquet when I get it from my photographer, which was also exactly what I wanted it to look like. I highly highly recommend Jenny's Flowers for big events like weddings. I usually come here to get flowers for my mom for all occasions, and I've had decent experiences each time. However, this past Mother's Day, my teenage brother decided to pay them a visit and they basically took advantage of him. Because of his inexperience and his age, they sold him a $15 bouquet of barely a half-dozen roses. Barely a half-dozen about-to-be-thrown-in-the-trash roses! They are wilting away at home right now, a day after Mother's Day. My mom felt so bad about this that she couldn't even appreciate the thought. So, thanks for a happy mother's day Jenny's Flowers. Jenny isn't only looking to get the job done but she take bride in every piece she passes off as such your flowers at your event will look like they were just cut! My wife loves going through small businesses so it took us a couple weeks to find someone to supply flowers for our wedding. The owner was very nice and even got the color hydrangeas that my wife wanted. The bouquets were beautiful and the arrangements were stunning, everything was delivered on time. Happy to have found Jenny's after they closed their Bensonhurst location on us, but have to give fair forewarning, haven't been to this new location. As we embarked on the never enjoyable flower hunt for the wedding (now almost 2 years ago?!?!), we didn't even consider Jenny's even though it was the place for all of our bouquets and any flower needs for years. We searched and went to all of the other recommended places, but weren't thrilled (with price OR design). As we came in to Jenny's for the usual bouquet (i'm a big flower person and love fresh ones as often as possible in the house) - we decided to just ask if they even do weddings. Jenny led us to the back to speak with their designed - Leo. It was a match made in wedding heaven. He showed us some of his work (sometimes based out of Jenny's , sometimes from his other shops in the city) and was very open to hearing our budget and ideas. 45 minutes later, we came back and he set up a "mock" centerpiece for us. I am not a huge fan of roses and as promised there were very few of them. The entire process of planning and receiving our flowers was magical. We switched our alter idea at least 3 times without a problem. I had some concern because we needed the people to be able to put up drapes and then remove them after the ceremony in under 10 minutes - that is EXACTLY what happened day of! Leo and Jenny were wonderful to work with and arrived on time with a great team. Managed to set up, remove everything at the end of the night, and even take lots of pictures without ever being in the way of the couple prepping or the restaurant servers. A year later we happened to be picking up an arrangement for the house and Leo gave my husband a beautiful orchid arrangement (main flower of our wedding) and a lucky bamboo as our "anniversary" gift. I can't vouch for what the design process would be like without Leo - he had GREAT ideas, but still so happy it worked out for us and recommend it to people anytime im asked. read more

I researched many Brooklyn florists to find a quality, local shop that can deliver birthday flowers in the morning. I placed an order over the phone a day prior. I was promised the delivery would be between 10-11am. I called to confirm at 10:15am and they had not yet been picked up for delivery... 11:20 call back, I am told they were delivered. I know this was not true. Then was told they were picked up at 10. Also not true given I called after this. Then they called back to tell me the driver got a flat tire, and was "on the way", but also "parking now out front of school". I know deliveries cannot always be right on point, but I don't think making things up to appease customers is a good business strategy. And I had a small window to have these delivered, which was missed and might as well not have ordered at all. read more

I went to the store last Friday and immediately after entering the store, I was asked to wait. After waiting about 5 minutes, a lady finally asked me what I wanted. When I told her that I was looking for flowers for my wedding, she explained to me that the boutonniere and corsages that I wanted would be very expensive - as if they were out of my budget even though I did not discuss what my budget would be. I asked whether I could meet with Jenny and she attempted to call Jenny but then went on and one with her phone call and never told me whether I could discuss my order with Jenny. Overall, I cannot see how the good reviews listed are true. I would never shop here again. read more

I came in here looking to inquire about flowers for my wedding. The lady at the counter looked up but barely acknowledged me. I dismissed this as she was servicing another customer at the moment so I patiently waited. It was a simple bouquet of flowers that she was wrapping but she seemed to take her sweet time and still had not bothered to say hello to me. I really am very patient but they simply did not seem to care for my business. Half of the flowers were already wilting, the outside display was lacking, there is no refrigeration or temperature controlled environment for the exotic flowers such as the orchids. After about 10 minutes of waiting, still no acknowledgement, I simply left. The lack of attention to me just was a preview of the potential lack of attention and detail that I certainly did not want to chance with for an event as important as my wedding. I had to do all my preparations within 2 months. I admire people who check out florets a year in advance to see what flowers in season; I did not have the luxury of time and also I didn't really know what I wanted. So after seeing my trial bouquet 2 weeks before the wedding I freaked out because it didn't like it at all. I drove Jenny crazy to change everything 2 weeks before the wedding. But you know what... She delivered! My flowers were gorgeous! Exactly the way I wanted them to be! My advice to brides - go through the magazines, rip the pages with flowers you like and bring them with you to a florist. As far as the price, perhaps you can find a better deal. I didn't shop around... I love Jenny's flowers! No matter who helps me I always get treated like royalty! On Mother's day a gentleman named John saved the day. I called Jenny's first looking for individually wrapped gerbera daisy's with decorative baby breaths or anything they suggested. I explained they were for my employees who are all mothers who came to work today. At first glance John did not have enough for my order. I called several different florists, one wanted to charge double another wouldn't be bothered and was extremely rude, the rest did not have the flowers. John actually found the flowers and tried to track me down to let me know. Even on one of the busiest days of the year he went out of his way to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
