I was a case manager and I know how to be organize. They were the last one who touched that part of the vehicle. Plenty of comfy seats, and the self-serve station was a dream: endless Diet Coke from the fountain (I may have had... several), fresh coffee with all the fixings, and even popcorn. I felt like I was at a movie theater, not waiting for an oil change. 10/10 snack game! While my car was getting pampered, there's a live monitor showing the mechanics at work--super reassuring and kinda cool to watch. After noticing that I had a grinding noise coming from the…read moreback of my camper van when I applied my brakes, I started calling around to find someone to look into it. Six or eight different phone numbers didn't answer or told me that it would be a week before they could fit me in. Then I noticed that the local Jiffy Lube does brakes. Short version is they found out that I was down to metal and needed new brakes. They changed my oil and did all of the things they usually do in just a few minutes then spent the rest of the day fixing my brakes. I am so happy to be back on the road having lost only a day.

Then they did not know how to time the car and backfired it! With all this the turbo was blown causing the engine to go out. A water pump replacement from these guys has cost us more than just what they charged us! We have had to replace the motor and borrow/rent vehicles to be able to get to and from work. They are not a place to take your vehicle.
