This will be LONG because it took forever! We moved into our home the end of Sept 2017. There was a…read morepicture window in our shower that we immediately knew we wanted gone since you could see in clearly from outside. I called WW(beginning of Oct) to give me an estimate of replacing with obscured glass window. The guy comes out & measures. I tell him I basically want the same window only with obscured glass. While he was here I agreed to the job and thought he ordered the window (WRONG). I called about 1 week later & told them we had a door (faux French) with wood rot we wanted to replace. He comes back out & measures the door. Gives me the estimate & I call him a day or so later to tell him we want the door. THEN he tells me he needs 1/2 down in order to order the TWO items (door & window) says it will take about 6 weeks. I pay 1/2 on October 20th. Around the 2nd week of December I call because I've heard NOTHING. Find out that the manufacturer was closed the week of thanksgiving! So there's a delay. My window comes in but it's clear glass. Christmas comes & goes. Now it's New Years. My window glass comes in but it's broken! I say go ahead & put in the door. Friday before New Years & they come to install the door. ITS THE WRONG SIZE!!! He measured wrong. So again we wait. They put a rush on the correct door. FINALLY in February (19th 4 months later!!!) both are installed. NOW I realize that on both the glass is much smaller. I lost 4" of view from doors & more than that in glass on the window. I'm not happy about this at all. The window didn't matter much since I only wanted the light to come in since it's the only window in master bath. But the DOOR pissed me off because I already had blinds ordered (that were in since November) for the previous door that were 22" & now the glass is 18"! In Dec when I spoke to the girl at the office I told her how frustrated I was with all of delays & told her I expect to be compensated. Well they only took off about $200 from the total cost of it. Sucks too because we will be replacing another door soon & eventually all our windows. The installers did an amazing job. But the whole experience has left me VERY BITTER. I will not be recommending them not using them again. The communication was non existent & the delays were unacceptable. ALSO new door was to be white- it's only primed white. Ugh.

He had samples with him and explained the pros and cons of each of the options, but there was no pressure to buy or upsell. Not only did she contact them with proof of 1) having a paid cleaning service come and thoroughly clean, 2) paid for all blinds to be replaced and replaced them ourselves 3) WE DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING. WE HAVE THE PICTURES and the cleaning company is willing to testify in court. We were not in town during their unscrupulous campaign for money and to ruin my sister's name and credit due to our mother's death. But know that we are filing a request to vacate the judgement and will be counter suing for defamation. This could have been handled better by the staff when we communicated with them about our documented proof.

I moved into the apartment in February of 2023. My heat did not work and the fan ran 24/7. My…read morecabinet shelves were broken, the fridge was missing a bar and ice maker did not work. The apartment smelled of musty mold and there were other issues needing repair. After 2 weeks the heat finally got repaired - no offer of adjustment to rent after no heat and the fan running 24/7. The smell of must and mold needs an "ozone treatment" after a company supposedly checked and said no mold present. I had to be out of the apartment for the ozone treatment. After almost three months I was gone for 3 days. 10 days out I told the office I was going to be out of town. The day before I left I double checked that we were on track to do the ozone. I get back - no treatment. They can't find the machine now and !! Now I'm told the machine can be used without me leaving town - a sudden change to the protocol.... Hmmmmm suspicious. But - I thought it was dangerous to use around humans?!? It is spring now and I went to open the windows to let the musty smell out and.... Not one screen!! I went and asked for screens and the girl asked " how many would you like?" I responded "uhhh, all of them...?!?" Like there is a choice. This apartment is NOTHING like the place I viewed on a visit before I moved cross country to work at Ft. Campbell. I was bait and switched and when I asked about it - one of the myriad of managers I've dealt with in three months stated that the guy I dealt with was fired for improper behaviour - intimating he lied to me. When I asked him about an adjustment he turned and walked away! Corporate regional manager is here. Ive requested a sit down and was told they will call me when they are off the phone conference call. I highly doubt it. That was 30+ minutes ago. I would not rent from this place and will not renew.
