One of the shutters broke on the back door and I called and subsequently emailed them with photos showing the problem. I received an answer promptly. (See below) Good morning Looking at the pictures , looks like it needs a repair pin , we can send you some repair pins for free ,& explain how to do it . or if you would like for us to do it , it will be 110 plus tax , it will have to wait till January because we have our calendar booked through out the rest of the year . Wow. Really? They had a chance to make extra money but instead allowed me to fix this myself. I can't say enough great things about this company and reinforces my previous rating. They could have easily charged for more but instead they delivered once again. Thanks and you have made a customer for life. There aren't enough stars to rate this company. PS.
