There were 2 different blind types I was interested in and I was asking him to compare the 2 for and let me see samples so that I could make a decision. He seemed money hungry and kept the conversation about the money. Found another company that had the patience to actually show me the blinds, let me see what they would look in the windows and a comparison of prices so that I could make the best decision. Ended up paying 60% less with other company that offered professional services and not money scams.

Lynn, the Representative, offered to fix it for me for a small fee. She brought several samples and was quite thorough and understanding the desired look I was seeking for another bedroom and the kitchen window. I received a very good discount and beautiful blinds that arrived in two weeks. The installer was delightful and friendly and did a wonderful job installing them. The salesperson was very helpful describing the various use and light transparency of each product. The products are very high quality, but the salesperson could not give me a ball park figure of the cost even if I gave them the dimensions of my project. It was explained the store has someone come out to your residence, measure your windows then provide you with a cost estimate. If you have the time and flow of funds cool, but it seems like the store caters to the clientele of the immediate area. Neither good or bad, just my observation.

The reason this not a 5 is that there are a few gaps between the screen and the wall. One area running the entire height of the screen is especially bothersome. I was told that because it is up against an uneven brick surface they can't do anything about it . Not because it's UN fixable, but because they just don't do that. They suggested I get "some stuff" from the hardware store and fix it myself, saying that their caulk wouldn't work. I am going to have the remaining portion of my patio screened but now I think maybe I'll find someone else who can do the complete job.

Pilar and Celene were great to work with on my two projects -- both extremely knowledgable, and made my projects feel important even though I'm sure they were pretty small (~$1200 in total). I chose to install myself; however, when I found that my custom fixed blind appeared to be a bit too big, The Frog sent a technician to modify the blind and get it up and running. Although my immediate blind needs are now met, I will not turn a blind eye to The Frog for my future window projects.
