AND HE IS WONDERFUL!!!!! I picked his location on a whim - I liked his website. When I called him up, he was actually booked up doing a quincenera (the Mexican version of a sweet 16 but at 15) but he made time for me which I really appreciated! I have to say, I was completely unprepared for our meeting - I didn't know what flowers I wanted, I didn't know how much flowers i wanted, and I didn't have a budget. All I knew was that I wanted to make my own centerpieces and that my bouquet needed to be blue. Jose Luis was so patient with me, showed me some pictures and described some of his ideas with me. In the end, I was so impressed with his descriptions and creativity, I told him to make my bouquet however he wanted. AND I DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL!!! I even ended up asking him to do my centerpieces... I emailed him my idea about having submerged flowers. I showed up into town a few weeks later and he had a mock setup for me. I only had one suggestion to change what he had created for me! He understood exactly the feeling I was looking for and they came out beautifully.
