I had arrived a little after they opened, and right away there was already a respectable line. Right Hand Coffee appears to be a favorite among the college crowd. I think I was the oldest person there, including the folks running the truck. Due to the line there was a bit of a wait but it wasn't terrible. They have two tent-like covers and two sets of tables and chairs, and even though the tents didn't provide shade, the shadows they cast did, keeping my pup and I cool. I ordered the cortado, a PBJ Latte (an August special), and a pup cup. The cortado was very good. It didn't have that paper cup flavor, By the time I brought it home, it had fully combined, so there was no foam to sip through, which made me happy. It was a very smooth, mild cortado. The PBJ latte was very good, and I hope that ends up a permanent menu item because I would absolutely make the trip back just for it. The coffee itself had peanut butter flavor, and the cold foam had a raspberry jam flavor. Mix them together and it reminds me of my favorite after school snack with a glass of milk. The logo is also cute - a greyhound is a nice mascot (though perhaps not quite as indicative as to how fast they get drinks out... but again, the lines are a testament to how good their drinks are). I hope I can make the time to swing by again during August. I'll be dreaming of that PBJ latte.

Seems the flavor is popular though they had a sign that said they brought back a few flavors.
