I have passed this place many times and my friend was wanting a quick matcha fix. We decided to give this place a try and honestly, was a fun experience. When you enter the place, it was very colorful and fun decore. The seats were like sofa couches and very comfortable. They also have a corner to take pictures for Instagram or social media if you like. Very fun concept and setup. The moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and the lady really went into the menu for us. She was very knowledgeable and can tell she enjoys what she does and the drinks she made. She said she can make any of the drinks how we want (less sweet or more, any type of milk, etc). I loved her energy and I had fun small talk with the other person working there too. Great staff for sure. They have alot of fun drinks but ended up ordering ube matcha. Loved the look and colors of the drink off the bat. The taste itself was very sweet (reminded me of a cereal I had when younger; maybe apple jacks). I really did like it but was a bit sweet for me. At most coffeehouses I tend to stick to my same orders/flavors, but my first interaction with the owner, she told me to try something different, so now I always try to pick something from her seasonal menu. This time for March, I got the "Over the Rainbow" and it was so good. What sold me is the rose petals on top! I loved getting it as a hot drink because it pulled from the floral notes of the rose petals. My boyfriend got the drink with "Amorcito" in the name - I cannot remember the full name, but it has her signature strawberry horchata in it and it is SO GOOD! I love the homemade recipe she uses. Best coffee in a 1.5 mile vicinity! Best service--Sandy the barista/owner loves getting to know her customers. Adorable pink bus with every yummy coffee, tea, horchata and refresher option available. My friend got a hot chai and loved it. I get iced decaf vanilla lattes and they've been great. Also got a cucumber mint refresher and loved it. Lots of different flavor options. I've gone to this place three days in a row! It's that good and fast. A million times better than Dutch Bros and also by going here, you're supporting a Latina woman owned small local business. Yelped this place and it was the really close to our hotel. I'm just sad I found this place on the second to last day. The service here is welcoming and so inviting. The barista and I assuming owner was so nice and informative and described her drinks so well. I ended up with two drinks because I couldn't decide and I am glad I did! They're both so tasty and not overly sweet or milky. I can still taste the espresso. My favorite so far is the dirty horchata. I got it warm and it's seriously reminding me of Christmas in a cup. The second drink I got is the avian one. I can't remember the name but definitely recommend checking this place out.
