I added two pictures for the flowers my stepmother received and the ones I order because they look nothing alike. The ones that were delivered were a disappointment due to the fact that the arrangement I paid for was just so pretty. My stepmother had just lost her father and so I sent her flowers, but instead of bright and cheerful they were deep colors which I was trying to avoid since she needed something to cheer her up. It was very hard to get anyone on the phone and I had to call several times over a 4 hour period until someone answered and wasn't very friendly. I'm giving them three stars because the flowers got to her house on the same day and at least the flowers look decent. I just really wish they wouldn't false advertise with what you're purchasing online. read more

I ordered flowers for my sister in law whose mom had passed, not knowing that she and my brother left AZ after the service. My brother said, not to worry the neighbor was checking for deliveries. With the temperature hitting over 100, I was concerned. My brother alerted me that NO Flowers were delivered. I called BDF immediately and left a message explaining the situation. No return calls. Next day, repeat. After that I called Visa to dispute the charge. When my relatives got home there were no flowers (or dried remnants) waiting. I called again, no call back. I just received notification from Visa that BDF is denying my claim. This business is a sham. read more

The tulips were dying upon my receipt of them. My Fry's Market exceeds this place in their arrangements. Do not order from them! I found them online to deliver flowers to my boss as a surprise. They promised same day delivery. It is now 3 days later and they still have not been delivered. I've called numerous times and left messages, still no answer or callback. I am currently disputing these charges with my credit card company and I am forced to quickly find flowers that can be delivered today last minute. read more

Early on 10/15/14 I went online and ordered flowers from Blooming Days Floral for my Supervisor for Bosses Day. I called in the morning of 10/16/14 and a lady answered. She didn't even bother to get my number or verify my order, she just said: "If it is not going to a business, it will be delivered in the afternoon." She quickly hung up the phone. Then I called back as it was almost 4:30 PM and had to call twice to get someone to answer and then the same lady sounded all frazzled and advised that it is on the truck and will be delivered.... Again, not verifying anything. Thanks you unprofessional establishment for ruining Bosses Day!!! I will never recommend you to anyone. Normally flowers ordered on Monday for a busy Friday delivery less then a 1/2 mile away would have a delivery time NOT AT 4:20PM in the afternoon. I even called at 12:30pm checking on the status. When I called at 3:50. She informs me they are right there. (meaning she closes shop to make the delivery herself) Unless I get a callback with an apology or credit, they will never get my business again. read more

Avoid this florist!!! Ordered a deluxe holiday bouquet for my fiancee. What arrived at her place of business was a bouquet about 1/3 the size of what was shown online. No babies breath, no carnations and only a small portion of the holiday filler (holly, pine) that was shown. He said he added an extra rose to make up for it all...what a joke! The owner refused to give me a store credit but offered to redeliver a bouquet that looked liked the advertised picture. After texting back and forth he again offered to redeliver. I said okay and that my fiancee would have the 1st bouquet there to exchange for the replacement. She waited all afternoon and no delivery. I am strongly considering filing a consumer complaint with the proper authorities. I have pictures of the advertised bouquet and what we actually received. The discrepancy looks like something from an SNL skit. The owner obviously doesn't care. read more

If I could give them no stars I would! Run don't walk away from this florist. Actually I don't even think they should be called that!! I have never been so royally ripped off. I have done floral work so I know what should be acceptable or not. Our order was half the size of what we ordered and nothing like the picture of what we ordered. They never answered their phone to accept the order or to answer my questions about the order that was delivered. I wish I would have looked at the reviews on here, before I ordered online. My complaint is the same as others. I ordered flowers to be delivered a couple days after Mother's Day (my mom was out of town until then). She did not receive the flowers until 3 days after that. I called twice, left my number, and never heard from anyone. I finally sent an email, and someone got back to me. They said that they tried delivering and that she wasn't there, so they called and left a message. Then they wait until that person calls back, or a few days go by before they try to deliver them again. There was no message left. No attempt to let me know what was going on. Only order from this company, if you don't care what day they're delivered, and have no expectations for good customer service. read more

I recently selected the Deluxe Emerald Garden Basket to be sent to a friend as a housewarming gift. Imagine my shock when my friend sent me a picture of what she received. It was not at all like what was pictured on the website. It was nothing but a few scrawny half-dead looking plants in a pathetic looking basket. not even worth one star! my daughter wired flowers to me in the hospital when I had surgery. she was charged $75.00! There were 3 roses daisies and Christmas greenery in a glass bowl. the flowers were cut and were about 8 inches long - very unprofessional looking. the next day the flowers looked wilted and ugly. I called the floral shop no less than 3 times and left my name and phone number. other times the phone rang with no answer or voice mail. when I asked to speak to the owner or manager I was told they were not in. Today I finally spoke to a worker (not owner) who was very nasty! My complaint is just one of many posted and I know other people did not post on Yelp. this business should be investigated and shut down! they are un-professional and lack any kind of customer service. read more

Spoke with 'owner' finally on Tues, yes I initiated the call. Says they tried to deliver 7 times, but no one home. Huh.. I left both my phone # and moms. She said they had no contact info! And she says she didn't have a voice mail message from me!!! So they're calling me a liar? Or she and her staff aren't in the customer service business. I have to paraphrase here because our conversation went around in circles. She was hostile from the start to finish. She needs to get outta the retail business with an attitude like that. I've disputed the charge. BTW, I have a retail shop of my own. Treat your customers well or you'll be out of business. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! You will regret it. Terrible experience! Save your money and purchase somewhere else! My boyfriend was trying to surprise me with some flowers on Friday, April 3rd, before I went to work at 5 p.m and they never arrived. He ordered early in the morning that day and the website states that they make same day deliveries as long as they're ordered before noon. He called and spoke with Michelle who assured they would arrive before 5 p.m and also to leave his apartment number as well which the lady says she will notate. The flowers never arrived. He called the next morning to check to see what had happened and if they could be delivered, as he stepped out for some groceries, hoping they would arrive while he was out... Still no sign of them. At this point he's starting to get upset, as he wanted it to be a surprise. He calls her several times and each time his phone calls are ignored. Completely unproffesional! After he's called several times, he uses my phone unnoticed by me, to call her to see if she'll answer a different number. Still no answer. I finally receive a call back from a New York number, which I don't answer because it's out of state. She leaves a message saying she's from blooming day florals and needs my apartment number. During this time my boyfriend had called her numerous times, all of which she ignored, so he left a message saying he wanted a refund and to forget it. He proceeded to drive to the floral shop to cancel his order and to get his money back but she already beat him to the front office of my apartment after his message was received. What a way to spoil a surprise! He just wanted to surprise me with my favorite flowers, on our first Easter as a family, with our 6 month old baby girl. The whole point of getting flowers delivered is for the surprise, if he had known she was going to call me and tell me I was getting flowers, he would have gone and purchased them himself! My best friend in Chicago ordered flowers for my special birthday. The day came and went and when I didn't respond she called that evening to see how I enjoyed the flowers. What flowers? She called the florist the next morning and the florist said there was a problem and would deliver them the next morning and supper size the order for the mix up. The next day by 505p still no flowers. They finally came by 530p. When I opened my door I expressed my disappointment due to the fact that I was leaving the next day and they were 2 days late! She said I don't care and your friend was rude. I was appalled that she could say that to me. Not only that the flowers looked like a 19.95 bouquet. My friend said she paid 7 times that for the flowers. My friend was so disappointed in the picture I sent her. No call from the owner to make things right either. We will never use them again. A friend that lives out of state ordered flowers for me that were to be delivered by Blooming Days Floral on my birthday in July. They never arrived!!! Not only that, they even LIED about delivering them!!! They made up this whole story about how they had to make 2 trips to my house to make the delivery since no one was home the first time!!! So not true!!! We had company from out of state here and were home the entire day getting ready for a party that was being thrown in my honor later in the day. In fact, there were multiple people in my house all day! Since then, they are not returning calls, emails or faxes. My birthday was weeks ago, and my very best friend is still devastated that her flowers never arrived. This is the first time I have ever gone online and written a negative review. That's how horrible their service (or should I say, "lack of service") was. Stay away. P.S. I just tried calling them and their line is not in service.
