I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from my girlfriend in Texas on August 19th for my Birthday and they were half dead the next morning. Victoria finally "replaced" them on Saturday but did not replace all of the flowers. It's now Monday the "REPLACEMENT" arrangement now has half of the flowers dead. I DO NOT recommend this Florist. I'm a native of Arizona 74 years old and had many many floral arrangements in my day and this is by far the worst.. I felt bad I had to involve my girlfriend who sent them by sending her some pictures to send them to Victoria at Infinity Floral to prove the flowers were dead in less than 48 hours and she now feels bad which was not my intention, so it's not been a pleasant experience and Victoria, Ms. Southern and all bubbly was not willing to do anything about the 2nd Arrangement "it was a free delivery". I'm not only water them every morning. I have spray misted them three times a day. They should've lasted a week, both looked terrible within 48 hours. read more

Nice looking business. However, looks can be deceiving. I went in simply wanting a nice bouquet for my girlfriend -- money was no object and I had zero concern about price. It wasn't for any special occasion. I stated that clearly from the very beginning, but within less than 30 seconds I had to repeat myself because the employee wasn't listening. The representative then laughed uncontrollably after almost every sentence. It was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I tried to ask about specific types of flowers for the arrangement, she had no idea what they actually carried and couldn't answer even basic questions. It felt like you're expected to already be a botanist or horticulturist just to shop there. Instead of helping or offering thoughtful recommendations, the only thing she seemed interested in was showing me arrangements on a tablet at the far end of a counter blocked by potted plants. The she immediately began trying to figure out how much money I was willing to spend. This was my first and only visit, and it will be my last. I would not recommend Infiniti Flower Design to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. read more

This place is so frustrating. I have been sending flowers to my oldest daughter for 34 years for Valentines. I have never missed one year. This is the second time I have had poor service from Infinity Floral Design. My daughter has left work and for the first time and in 34 years she will not receive her flowers, what a shame. It's bad business for sure. On top of poor delivery, they will not answer their phone. I understand Valentines but if you take the business you should be able to deliver on what's ordered. To my horror and embarrassment I couldn't believe what I saw. The two arrangements are clearly not what was paid for. Money aside , the intentional deception that was executed by your floral shop is beyond shameless. I called on Wednesday morning before Mother's Day and placed an order for a specific type of flower in an arrangement - almost $100. I was told delivery would be sometime that week. I left my phone number so I could be notified of delivery or if there was a problem. The arrangement was delivered on Sunday at 3pm. I was fine with that. What I'm not fine with is the arrangement they delivered. Not even close to what I asked for in color or type of flower!! My mother-in-law had ordered an arrangement for her son's funeral. It was to be delivered this morning to the funeral home at 9am for a 10am service. The flowers were never delivered. The funeral director tried calling several times. He even drove to the flower shop, but the doors were locked. After the service, my mother-in-law called. The manager answered and was very unprofessional. She laughed and joked that they had just gotten to work. They had a COVID exposure and all had to be tested that morning. My mother-in-law asked why they hadn't called to let her know what was happening. The manager continued to be unprofessional, never apologized, and acted as if giving a refund would make amends for what happened. A mother buried her child today without the expected flower arrangement she ordered. And, had to deal with the added stress of not knowing what was happening. She's been waiting all day for her flowers. At 5 p.m. my dad called and said they hadn't arrived. I called and was told they hadn't even left the shop to be delivered. The explanation was "we just got a late start today" I spoke to a manager who obviously didn't care. Said it was first come first serve and I should have ordered 3 to 4 weeks ahead - seriously there is that kind of a backlog for flower delivery on a Monday not around any holiday? I will say once they got there, the flowers were beautiful, but the lack of communication that the delivery was going out so late and horrible customer service when I called still make me cross them off the list for future flower orders. read more

My boyfriend sent me an arrangement for my birthday. Very pretty. Next morning, wilted and dead. Called florist who was skeptical but sent driver to pick up which was weird in itself. Received replacement next dsy. Day after that, again wilted and dead. Called again to ask for refund to be sent to boyfriend. Manager rudely asked me how I was taking care of flowers, temperature in my house and said I was the only one to complain in 6 mos. Would not give refund as against company policy and they'd already done their due diligence by replacing first time. The flowers used in both arrangements were already days old as they were in full bloom and beginning to get mushy. However, since most people don't complain, they obviously felt safe in using them. The very sad part for me is that my boyfriend passed away and that after 21 years of receiving birthday flowers, I never got to enjoy the last bouquet he would ever send. This place is a corporate run, money grubbing, institution with total lack of empathy and horrid customer service. You'll be sorry if you have flowers delivered from this place. read more

I ordered an arrangement online (I live in GA) for my elderly (81) mother to be delivered on Friday, 12/21. She lives at Fellowship Square Senior Living and has just gotten home from the hospital. The flowers finally were delivered at 8:00 pm that evening. Who delivers flowers that late? This is not normal business hours! Since it was so late, they couldn't be delivered to her door and they sat in the office overnight. My mother had to go get them in the morning with her buggy and shlep them up to her apartment by herself. Not the delivery I expected. My mother lives in Fellowship Square on W. Bell Road, the same W. Bell Road that Infinity Floral Design is located on only 4.5 miles away. This was just rude of Infinity Floral Design, who never contacted me to see if the next day would have worked for delivery instead of 8:00 pm that night. Pick a different florist!! read more

We ordered memorial service flowers from Infinity and were very pleased with the personal service, patience and the beautiful flowers. It's common to worry about whether flowers will be delivered on time but Infinity delivered to the church right within the time window we requested, and the bouquets were beautiful. My work friends also sent a smaller bouquet to the house from Infinity and it stood out as most beautiful and colorful! I spent a good amount of money for a floral bouquet which my mom received late on Friday and by Monday half of the flowers were dead. When my mom spoke to the manager on Tuesday she started talking about bacteria and that my mom should have pulled the flowers out of the glass vase and washed it. First of all I have never heard this and second of all, why are they sending out vases that have bacteria in them? I wish there was a way for me to post pictures to show the complete disappointment that these flowers brought to my mom when I had hoped for the exact opposite affect. There was no remorse or attempt to rectify the situation by the manager. A complete waste of money. read more
