There was only one person behind the counter, a young guy who was very sweet, super fast, and we were really impressed he remembered everything we ordered. I've also seen people miss the bus by the final slamming of the door because they took this gamble. My major complaint is their short hours. They seem to cater to the work crowd because they're only open from the late morning until around 6pm. With its location and clientèle, I think they could drum up a better business if they stayed open longer, but since it only seems to employ the owner and one other person, I can understand that they'd want to keep short hours. If you're really in a bind for late chip wagon poutine, you may be able to get some at Bank and Laurier and you'll most definitely be able to find an open chip wagon on Bank and Sunnyside.
