It has been a much more cost effective method than regular doctors appointments which typically end in medication rather than care and solutions. The staff are fantastic and personable and sincerely care about each patient. Scheduling is simple and quick as well as having to reschedule in the situations that all too often occur. This area has further improved by including text capabilities making the entire process more convenient and effective. There are many means of correction and health rebuilding available beyond the normal adjustments, such as a range of traction options. They also have large tvs with relaxing graphics and important information and general knowledge that I have found valuable. This all makes the wait less of a wait if/when one does need to wait for their adjustment. The only items to be aware of are as follows: The area for adjustments, warmups, traction, etc., is essentially one open area with very limited concepts of privacy. However the privacy has improved with curtains and partitions making the overall environment more relaxed. The relaxation is also affected by having some music pumped lightly through the speakers in the ceiling and the lights having softer colors or covers. The overall facility is not very large and there is a lot of traffic. I highly recommend using this facility for either the wellness purposes or for serious adjustment and correction needs.

I was told my insurance had been verified and that the visit would not be more than $150. However, when I arrived -- before I had even sat down -- staff immediately began telling me I would likely need X-rays and additional services, while also trying to sign me up for a "discount program" that costs $50 just to join. After I declined the program, I was then told the visit would no longer just be $150 and that there would be an additional $85 charge. This felt very misleading and sales-driven. Unfortunately, it seems like the focus here is more on upselling than on simply providing the service the patient requested. On top of that, the front office staff and another employee who joined the conversation were quite rude, which made the experience even more disappointing. I would recommend confirming pricing very carefully before coming in.
