Their documents are almost all virtual so you don't have to deal with too much paperwork and that's always a plus in my book! As a first time visitor, they send you to their computer room to do your assessment and that was nice that it was separate from the waiting room so you can focus. Once we were finished, we probably waited 5-10 minutes before they called us back into the room. The first thing I saw was a massage chair and asked if I could sit in it and the assistant said that I could if I was not the patient and turned it on for me. I was already loving this place and then 10 minutes later, she said the chair was just for patients so I turned it off. The doctor came in and took my sister to do X-rays and came back to review them with her to let her know what was wrong and why she was feeling back pain. It was cool to see him explain it and show her where her spine was not aligned and what he would need to do correct it. He said his patients usually feel 25-30% better after they leave his office so he hopes the same for her. And he got right into it! He did some adjustments and I must tell you as a bystander, it looked like some WWE moves but it seems to have worked because you could definitely hear the crack. Some moves made my sister uncomfortable and if one move didn't work, he had a couple of alternatives to get the shifting to take place. When the doctor asked her what her pain level was from when she came in and left, she said it went from an 8 to 7 on a scale of 1-10. He was a little shocked as he was expecting at least a 6 but my sister said she definitely felt 10% better than when she came in so at least that's progress. He was really cool and chill so I believe she will be coming back to get some more adjustments and hoping to get better and fully recover. First encounter with a chiropractor and it definitely left a good impression. PS. If you're going to write a review and return back to this place, prepare for a very awkward conversation with the doctor about it because he likes to discuss it in detail during your visit.

First, let me say I was always scared visit chiropractors because of all the manual snap, crackle, pop stories. Dr. Linda is NOTHING like this. First and foremost Dr. Linda is a patient advocate and cares how to provide pain relief to patients. The first visit I went in Dr. Rock did a lengthy assessment and did this cold therapy that seemed to reduce the pain around my shoulders. She also shared with me the process I need to follow and referred me to another doctor for evaluation (as required by FL Law). This alone at least put some of my worries away. I then started adjustments and traction and was shocked how it helped reduce the pain. Dr. Rock uses a special type of instrument to help make adjustments and I did not feel the anxity or tension that I have with other doctors touching me. It's kind of like a soft hammer, almost like a massage handle with these points on it. Dr. Rock knows how to use this and find what is causing your pain. I was under treatment from Dr Rock for 4 months and saw improvement in my range of motion as well as significant reduction in pain. She also referred me to doctor she uses personally for an ongoing nerve issue and he helped minimize the remaining troublesome areas. I would recommend to anyone who has a desk job or to anyone who has been in a car accident and hurting to see Dr. Rock. Both can cause major pain and you do not have to live like this.

One doctor said I had nerve damage, and another doctor said I was having seizures. I went from one doctor to another who just put me on one drug after another. I spent my days in pain and drugged up and loopy. After much recommendation and insistence from friends who used him, I took myself to Dr Polley, who ordered a full battery of tests on me. I was really not excited about his aggressive regimen of coming in at least twice a week, with it slowly weaning down to once a week or once every other week in order to deal with my neck pain. It's hard and difficult to commit to a regimen like that when a pill might solve anything. I committed to his regimen and after 6 months, I was a new person. The pills went into the trash, and my neck felt better than ever. Being in pain is so frustrating, and finding answer to your medical problems is priceless! Dr Polley is an amazing doctor with a phenomenal bedside manner. He staffs his office with people who are just as caring as he is. Simply put, your health is important and means something to them.
