The place hits you with the smell of cigarettes immediately after you walk in. The wait time to be…read moretaken back was short but the wait in the actual bed was a while. In the back it still smelled like cigarettes and I'm about 90% sure that that place was not sterile. All I needed was a steroid shot (I couldn't go to Fast Pace across the street for insurance related issues) but it took over an hour when only around 3 other people were back there. Dr Johnny Presley was rude and seemed to act like I ruined his day/ shouldn't have been there. Finally once I got the shot I waited another 25 min for the discharge paperwork but got home and realized they didn't give me the correct stuff. I would call the office and they'd transfer me to their records person but I just kept getting hung up on. Long story short - if I'm ever dying I'd rather be shot than go to that hospital

I forgot to mention their computer has issues so make sure your paying the right amount. We'll take our business elsewhere. The only reason my wife insist on coming here is because this is her childhood eye doctor. Never again.
