So glad I did! It's always a little challenging trying to do something nice for someone in a different state. I'm in California where we have a ton of options for everything and Marble Falls is a small town with nowhere near the same options. I was pleased to find that I could place an order online through this shop and they had photos, the option for a note to the recipient and I could deliver to a business. I ended up placing an order for the "Teleflora Tender Reflections Bouquet" that included the vase in standard size for $59.99 plus taxes and a $12.95 delivery fee. It arrived on the day I selected at her office and was beautiful! I'm very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this flower shop to any looking for a nice bouquet arrangement!

Even open on Sunday for those who are inundated during the week and can't get out except for a weekend. When I first stepped out of my car and began to walk around, it was dizzying. I felt like a kid in a candy store. So many tree varieties to choose from and I couldn't even begin to guess how many acres this place is. There are staff all over going about tending to the plants/trees but if you need help, they will go out of their way to help you. I was assisted by Adam who was extremely friendly and helpful. I simply had a question about a tree but Adam took me around in a cart giving me a tour since it was my first time here. In the end, I did end up buying a tree which they were happy to hold onto until I am ready to bring to my house. All of the staff are very friendly and Adam was especially helpful. They had trees I have been searching for online and some I thought I would have to buy from tree farms and have shipped here. And not only trees, but they have so much for bushes and shrubs and regular plants to decorate your landscaping if that is what you are looking for. Something else I really appreciated was there was no pressure. At other places, I have experienced high pressure sales, but here, they are very knowledgeable and just want to help. If you are looking to add something to your backyard or landscaping, you won't find a better nursery.

I called for a repair to a non-working station (2) and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Austin called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled, of course that was great (doesn't always work for some people but in this case an early arrival was welcomed). Austin found my problem immediately; it was a loose wire. Austin could have left but instead offered to check out my entire system. Austin and Jason found bubbling water at three sprinkler heads which of course means a broke line. He repaired one and capped two that we didn't need. He then checked all heads, cleaned and or replaced filters and changed caps where necessary to redirect water where needed. I requested he dig and cap three additional heads in a specific area. Austin suggested that I just shut them off in the event that I might need them in the future. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. He could have easily worked longer and billed more. He was more concerened that I might change my mind and need those heads at a later date (I think he might be right). I'm glad I didn't cap them underground. This system was here when this place was purchased and needless to say has never worked better. A BIG thank you to Blue Water and to AUSTIN. I was extremely impressed with this young Mans' work ethics and knowledge. I highly recommend Blue Water Nursery and Irrigation.

They recommended I just 'turn the system off until after the holidays" and then call them after the first of the year! Whaaaaat? While the young lady on the phone was very polite, the message was clear: we don't care about your needs. But oh, Merry Christmas! I'll water my lawn with a teaspoon and a gallon jug before I call these folks for ANYTHING! What poor, disrespectful customer service!

The even made a greenery wall just in time for our shower so we had a lovely backdrop for photos and for opening gifts. When you first see the site, you think it looks just like someone's home with a large parking lot, but once you step inside you are welcomed with lovely layout indoors and a spectacular patio outdoors. They have a whole storage room for decor, table clothes etc so you won't have to even bring anything for set up! We would 1000% recommend having your shower, wedding, or special event here!

They promised a 10:00 AM delivery for an 11:00 AM memorial service in Driftwood, only to message me at noon saying they couldn't fulfill the order. I was devastated and furious. I reached out to Vera in a panic, and the difference in service was night and day. First- When I called, she didn't just take an order; she truly listened and sympathized with my situation. She apologized and was determined to right a wrong she had no hand in making. Second- Because Vera is actually local, she was already familiar with the service taking place and knew exactly where the flowers needed to go. Finally- Despite the last-minute request, she agreed to create a custom arrangement in the family's requested color--blue--(which she already knew) to honor their loved one. Two hours later, she sent me a photo of a stunning arrangement she had already delivered to the celebration of life that followed the service.
