They had many beautiful bouquets to choose from. I love that they have so many options to add to the order - I ordered the macaroons which look so colorful and fun! Because this is a city I'm unfamiliar with, I was nervous the delivery wouldn't go smoothly. I left a voicemail to let them know this was a very important thank you I wanted to send someone and if they had any questions to please call me. They called me the very next morning to make sure the house was not a gated community, which apparently is common there. I really appreciated the extra communication. They forgot to drop off the macaroons with the flowers but came right back to delivery it again. My son ordered an arrangement for a family friend, he spent 250.00. The arrangement wasn't as ordered & they did not use the flowers I suggested. They instead used 16 peonies in the arrangement with 5 wide opened roses. I called to complain, they offered to pick up but who suggests that!? My sister and I bought an arrangement for Mother's Day and what they delivered was not even close to what was pictured. The flowers were different and it was stuffed with a lot of greenery I assume to avoid putting in more flowers. We bought the biggest bouquet and when our Mom sent us a picture to thank us, you can imagine how disappointed we were to see this small thing of flowers not even what we paid for. I ordered from this shop over the phone, long-distance from California, for a funeral service. I explained the things that were important to me... I didn't want a 'cookie-cutter', symmetrical arrangement with a bunch of cheap filler. What they created (with a limited budget) was extremely artistic, and rich with quality blooms. I explained the arrangement would likely have to be on the ground at the grave site. They made sure to use a wide-base basket that wouldn't tip over. Then, knowing I was uncomfortable ordering something I couldn't see, they went above and beyond and TEXTED me a photo of the finished product. Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered my mom for Mother's Day. I picked out a beautiful arrangement online that was supposed to come with about 7 different varieties of flowers (roses, tulips, carnations, crysanthemums, etc.) in pinks/purples/greens and delivered in a reusable terra cotta pot. What was delivered was a glass vase (not even a nice one) that had 7 reddish colored gerbera daisies (my least favorite flower) in it. In addition, the way it was displayed looked like a DIY job. Part of the reason I pay for a florist is to professionally assemble a bouquet I'm not able to. I grew up in Marble Falls and used to buy from them all the time, but I have to say this was my last purchase. I live in Katy, but I was recently married at Falkenstein Castle. I hired Marble Falls Flowers and Gift Shop to create my wedding flowers. Jeanine designed all of the flowers based on my vision and wedding colors. I wanted a lovely spring mix of Tulips, Lillies, hydrangea and roses, and she delivered expertly. Butterflies were a big part of my wedding theme, and she even found a couple of beautiful blue butterflies to accent the bouquet. It is a week later and my bouquet is still lovely in a vase of water. All the girls were happy with their bouquets too. Her flowers on the altar candles were also perfect. We were all so pleased. She made centerpieces for my reception tables and left floral paper for my guests so that they could take the beautiful flowers home. We called to request hydrangeas for my grandma's 90th BIRTHDAY. We gave plenty of notice that we needed a plant, not just flowers, as my grandma's own hydrangeas had froze unrecoverable.
