Despite a slight miscommunication on my part regarding the city, and having to navigate to a different address, Everett stayed patient and dedicated to getting the flowers to her. When he arrived, my mom wasn't home, but instead of leaving them in the lobby or taking them back, he went above and beyond by taking them up and placing them directly in front of her apartment door. I received a call from the owner detailing her attempt to get the flowers into the hospital - she even wore gloves and a mask. But following all precautions, the hospital wouldn't let her in but instead had her coordinate delivery via a security agent. It all seemed a little complicated (but very understandable and necessary!) and I was so, so grateful for the extra care Carroll's put into getting the flowers delivered in such a sensitive point in time - and the fact that she took the time to relay all the details to me. I am filing a complaint about Steve's Florists I purchased a…read morewreath for the family grave on Dec. 2, 2024 from Steve's Florists. I put the wreath on the family grave on the same day. When I went to grave to visit on Saturday Dec. 12th . I discovered to my dismay that the Wreath that I paid $55 for had dried out. I took the wreath back to Steve's and spoke to the person in charge regarding the dried out wreath. His response was it was dried out by the sun and walked away. I asked him if they were going to do anything about the wreath he said NO and to get out of the store otherwise he would call the police. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Also they do not stand behind the products.
