In over 50 years, the company has expanded to 150 inns in 30 states, under the brands of Drury Inn, Drury Plaza and Pear Tree Inns. The rooms and site are immaculate, facilities and amenities are well maintained, a complimentary breakfast is very extensive, and uniquely, they offer the free "5:30 Kickback" which is a happy hour with an extensive snack offering. A solid B+ on the amenities. I'll seek them out in my future travels.

One really concerning thing to consider was the security of each room. I left my phone charger in the room after we checked out. Realizing this before I left, I ran in and asked for a key to room 108. I got the key and ran into the wrong room. Our room was 106. The fact that the desk clerk would just give me a key without checking any id or verifying that I should have access to 108 is strange.

After that, about half an hour later, I arrived at the hotel and checked into the room. I showed my driver's license and Real ID, and I was also asked for a card. I assumed this card was needed only for a possible incident or as a security deposit. It was late at night, dark, and I was very tired. We went to sleep, and in the morning I checked out and left the hotel. However, two days after we checked out, the hotel charged my card again in the amount of $86. I contacted Priceline, and they told me that this should not have happened and that it was most likely a deposit, which should be refunded. However, the money has not been returned. I tried calling the hotel front desk, but they ignore my calls, refuse to speak English, and claim that Priceline did not charge the money and that the charge came from them. In other words, they deny responsibility and shift the blame. I believe this hotel is engaging in fraudulent behavior. Please be very careful. The staff and management appear highly suspicious.

Finally, on the fourth attempt at calling the front desk, someone answered and I explained the situation. The desk clerk tried calling the offending room, twice, no joy. She sent a person up there and he knocked on the offenders' door and no one answered. Finally, about 0430 the music, movies, and loud TV noise quit. We got about 3 hours sleep the entire night. We told the desk clerk the next morning when we checked out and their manager was going to call us, four days later, no call. We called them yesterday and were told again the manager would call us, STILL NO JOY! We paid for a room and a night's sleep and we got 3 hours sleep and the hotel management has done NOTHING!!!!!!!
