Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered flowers for a funeral four days in advance and they were never delivered. The flowers were supposed to arrive the day before the funeral, so when I noticed they hadn't arrived, I contacted customer service. I was told they were "looking into it." On the day of the funeral, I followed up again and was told they were trying to reach the delivery driver and that a driver was supposedly out with my flowers. Unfortunately, the funeral came and went, and the flowers never arrived. Afterward, I was told the company was investigating why the delivery failed and that someone would get back to me regarding a refund. That never happened. Despite sending multiple emails and messages through their help chat, I received no response whatsoever. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Missing a flower delivery is bad enough, but failing to deliver flowers for a funeral is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, follow-up, and customer service only made the situation worse during an already difficult time. This was supposed to be a special gift but instead was a total embarrassment. To make it worse, very poor customer service. Their initial response was to offer me a 10% discount, claiming their "supplier had an issue." After further discussion, they offered a mere 30% discount which is still very inadequate for flowers that were days late and dead. Very poor product quality and disappointing customer service. I called the number which was in Los Angeles and tried to order an arrangement they advertised. It was offered at two different prices - $86.00 approx being 'deluxe' and the one I wanted. I wanted assurance that what I saw is what would be delivered. The picture showed a Peace Lily blossom in the middle of a live plant. I said I wanted assurance that a blooming Peace Lily would be in the arrangement, just as the picture showed. Her response: "That will be $100.00". I protested that that was what was shown for the picture, it was not extra. The phone disconnected. Dishonest outfit. Would not trust them with an order or my credit card. This picture that you see is the flowers I ordered. Which looked nothing like that. Even the vase was a clear glass. The bouquet was so ugly and so bad that I couldn't even believe they even had the audacity to even deliver that to my sister's house. Waited 13 minutes. Was told by the agent their local agent refused my order. Couldn't deliver for 4 more days. I canceled my order And request a refund. This is a terrible company. I used them for a family funeral service because we live out of town and they NEVER fulfilled the flower delivery! They admitted in chat that the delivery was not made, then in follow up phone conversations, lied and said the delivery was made a day early! When I requested (several times-through phone conversations AND email) the name of the florist used to make the delivery, I NEVER received this information. We had a death in the family in another state; we purchased a flower arrangement to be sent to the funeral home on a Monday between 8-10 am since that would be when the diseased would be in place and by 10:00 am it will move to the church and cemetery. Then Saturday we get a notification saying they attempted the delivery and it was rejected by the funeral home and that delivery would be made by the end of day on Monday., What developed afterwards was frustrating, I contacted Blossom Flowers, someone that appeared to work from home and not too interested in helping. I advised to please deliver the flowers to the church if the delivery could not be made to the funeral home by 10:00 am. Long story short, my relative was too distraught to let me know if they flower made it on time and I was not going to push it. That is not on Blossom's flower, however I tried to get feedback from Blossom flowers as to when and where the delivery was made but was never able to get an answer. Received my flowers (supposedly) at 3:30PM, they didn't confirm that the order had been received until 830PM. Never called or knocked. Once my wife actually receive the order the flowers had been outside for 5 hours and knocked over. I've never had a harder time getting in communication with customer service. They state they will respond within 48 hours but never did. Finally, after I did contact someone, although they could see the delivery confirmation receipt time (830PM) and heard my complaints they still were unwilling to help. They have no customer service but an Ai Chat bot that will not respond to you for 45 minutes and once it did respond it stopped responding and I received no further help. The tracking number does not track your flowers it just says who its being delivered to but does NOT tell you what you ordered nor when it should arrive. They left it at the front door did not even knock and the flowers we received where smashed and empty on one side. I'm guessing this is why they didn't knock at the front door.
